In this week's episode, I am excited to share with you my reflections on the intricate bond between breathwork and channeling. As I prepare to teach CHANNELED, I have come to realize (long time ago) the significant role breathwork plays in this process.
Channeling has often been associated with connecting to cosmic guides and transcending reality. However, I believe that channeling serves a practical purpose in grounding us in the present moment and guiding us through life with ease and joy. It is about tapping into our higher selves to navigate challenges and contribute positively to the world around us.
