In this episode, we talk about Step Three—turning our will and our lives over to our good and gracious God. Have you ever tried to control everything, believing that sheer willpower could fix your struggles with food, emotions, and circumstances? I know I have. But true freedom comes when we surrender—not to just anyone, but to a loving and trustworthy God.

We explore what it means to truly submit to God in all areas of life, including our eating habits and daily choices. Through Scripture, such as Psalm 40:1-2, James 4:7-8, and Proverbs 3:5-6, we’re reminded that trusting God leads to transformation. Letting go doesn’t mean losing control—it means placing our trust in the One who sees the bigger picture.

Surrender can be challenging, especially when we fear hardship or losing control. But as we discuss, our attempts to control often lead to more struggle. Instead, when we trust God’s plan, He leads us through life’s challenges with grace. This applies not just to our recovery journey, but also to our health, relationships, and daily decisions.

Join us as we unpack how surrendering to God renews our minds, strengthens our faith, and even helps us make healthier choices. When we let go and let God, we find true peace and lasting change.
