We sometimes worry about everything from our hairstyles to someone else's business. God said not to worry about anything for who can add time to one's life, paraphrasing of course! Matthew 6: 34 says, "Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." Until we truly let go and let God be in control, that's when peace falls upon us, when our lives elevate, one day at a time and one moment at a time.
