ignore, Someone's got to settle the score.

Baby, it's time to Review That Review!
Chelsey Donn (00:30):
Hello,
Trey Gerrald (00:32):
Aw, hello, and welcome
once again to Review That Review, the
podcast that is dedicated to reviewing.
Chelsey Donn (00:42):
Reviews!
Trey Gerrald (00:44):
That is Chelsey Donn.
Chelsey Donn (00:45):
And that is Trey Gerald.
Trey Gerrald (00:47):
And when we come
together, you know it, we are,
VOICEOVER (00:51):
The Review Queens!
Chelsey Donn (00:55):
That's right.
But first, Trey, my queen, myRQT, I offer you the stage to
VOICEOVER (01:02):
Logic Complaint.
Chelsey Donn (01:03):
give it to us.
Trey Gerrald (01:04):
well thank you Chelsey, I am
going to take this opportunity to take the stage
that you have offered me, and I'm going to give
it to someone else, because it's time for a
VOICEOVER (01:15):
Listener voicemail.
Chelsey Donn (01:16):
Oh, my God.
This is my favorite.
You guys, you know, I love this.
I'm so excited.
Trey Gerrald (01:21):
It's been quite a while
since we have played a listener voicemail.
We have continued to receive them and I willtake the onus of not always checking the mailbox.
So we're, that's my, um, resolutionfor the month of October.
I'm going to be much better.
And today, let's just click play and seewho it is, what it is, and let's do it.
Here we
Chelsey Donn (01:41):
So excited.
Okay.
VOICEOVER (01:42):
Hey Queens, it's David.
I am calling to lodge a complaint.
It's probably like the most first world problemever in the, in the history of lodging of
complaints, but I just got a smoothie from
Juice Generation, which was delicious and it
was about 12, and that's not even the complaint.
It's, I get it, like it's Manhattanand sure their rent is very high.
(02:03):
So I got a delicious 12smoothie from Juice Generation.
It's so good, and then, all of a sudden, Ican't, you know, I'm sipping it through a straw,
and nothing will come up, and there's like a
piece, a big piece of banana or something that
wasn't blended, so like, every, you know, five
or six sips, I keep running into this piece of
banana, and I have to like, you know, blow it
back out into the drink, because it can't come
up the straw, so it's like, This, you know, this
experience of the smoothie should be luxurious.
(02:37):
It should not be a struggle for 12.
So that's my complaint.
If I order a smoothie and it's 12, just pleasemake sure it's smooth so I can drink it.
All right, that's it.
Keep Queen ing!
Chelsey Donn (02:51):
I love
Trey Gerrald (02:52):
oh,
Chelsey Donn (02:54):
I so relate to this complaint.
It made me think of, you know, likesometimes when you have a straw and then
the straw like has a hole in it somewhere.
Trey Gerrald (03:03):
my God.
Chelsey Donn (03:04):
And then it's like, the straw
is completely useless and if I'm not in a
location where I could exchange that straw out,
Trey Gerrald (03:11):
It is a similar experience
of like when you think you're about to
have a sip of water and it's Sprite or
something, and it's like, like when you go to
Chelsey Donn (03:19):
jarring, or, or Sprite
and it's water, for that matter, I
Trey Gerrald (03:22):
either way
Chelsey Donn (03:23):
either way,
Trey Gerrald (03:24):
or if it's tequila, but
when you go to sip from a straw and
there is some sort of hole somewhere, the
sensation in your mouth is so unnerving.
Chelsey Donn (03:34):
awful, And then also I, I hear you
with like, if we're gonna go through the, the
process of blending the drink, because we think,
Come on, a little bit longer for 12, you know,
Trey Gerrald (03:47):
I'm surprised we haven't
done this yet, cause this is something
that really bothers me, Although I am
someone who does like pulpy orange juice,
Chelsey Donn (03:54):
too,
Trey Gerrald (03:54):
something satisfying, similar
to like boba tea, I love sucking the big
chunks through the straw, But when it's
too big to actually fit through the straw,
It is very frustrating, cause then you're
like, And you like get a headache, cause
it's like you're hurting your mouth,
Chelsey Donn (04:10):
I've come around to the boba, you
know, I don't like that many balls in my mouth
at once, There is something about not being
able to control the level of balls through the
straw that is annoying, But they do pass through
and they give you a nice wide straw, now my
question for David is, was this a wide straw?
Because maybe the real issue is the straw size.
Trey Gerrald (04:30):
I think they are normal straws.
I don't think they are giant straws.
Chelsey Donn (04:34):
Well, there you go.
Are you listening?
Juice generation, blend it more, get abigger straw and everyone will be happy.
You know, that's what we need.
Trey Gerrald (04:44):
It's a great complaint, David.
Thank you for calling in and thankyou for your patience I feel like this
voicemail came probably 18 months ago
Like we hadn't even started the podcast
Chelsey Donn (04:53):
my God.
Couldn't be.
Trey Gerrald (04:56):
I hear it.
I feel the complaint myself.
And Queens, if you have any complaintsand you want to have them feature
in the show, please call in.
As you know, our voicemailbox number is 1 850 REVIEW 0.
Chelsey Donn (05:08):
And we promise that
we'll actually play it on the show.
Trey Gerrald (05:11):
Yes.
Chelsey Donn (05:12):
Okay.
Wow.
Trey Gerrald (05:13):
David had the
opportunity to clear the air.
It helps me feel like I'm clearing theair because I hate that complaint as well.
So should we give the platform to someone else?
Chelsey, are you ready to jumpinto a Your Online Review?
Chelsey Donn (05:27):
000 percent I just want to say
that like even through David and even you
selecting to do this complaint on the day
that you Selected it is still kismet, Trey.
We're still always on the same page.
I don't know what it is.
It's just something about us, which isnow extended to David and staying on
this idea of of people like David who
have, you know, kind of a health kick.
(05:53):
We're going to get a smoothie, butI would bet there was a little bit
of protein powder in that smoothie.
You know, David likes to be healthy.
And so today we are going to bereading a review about Factor.
Do you know anything about Factor?
Trey Gerrald (06:05):
Wait on, we have
two sound cues before this.
Chelsey Donn (06:08):
Mm hmm.
Okay.
That's right.
I got so excited that we were in sync.
Trey Gerrald (06:18):
That was a beautiful segue,
wait, but like, Chelsey and I took a little,
um, hiatus, in full disclosure, and so, it's,
it's beautiful to see you once again, and
I'm glad that we're back in the throes, but,
Chelsey Donn (06:31):
Okay, let's go back to the script.
I'm sorry.
Trey Gerrald (06:34):
so wait, let me ask you
though, like, are you, do you wanna
like, jump into like, your online review?
Chelsey Donn (06:39):
I'm obviously I'm dying
to jump into my online review, please.
Trey Gerrald (06:43):
Let's do it.
VOICEOVER (06:45):
Review That Review!
Chelsey Donn (06:49):
As you know, we
are your trusty review queens.
We bring in reviews from the internetthat we feel need to be inspected.
Trey Gerrald (06:57):
We read you that review, we
break it down, and then we rate the impact
of that review on a scale from zero to five.
Crowns!
This is a very regal process that we like to call.
VOICEOVER (07:08):
Assess That Kvetch!
Chelsey Donn (07:09):
That's
Trey Gerrald (07:10):
And, um,
Chelsey, what deliciousness?
That just happens to
Chelsey Donn (07:14):
That
Trey Gerrald (07:15):
word that I wrote in the script.
Chelsey Donn (07:17):
Uh huh.
Trey Gerrald (07:17):
What deliciousness are you
inserting deep into our ear holes today?
Chelsey Donn (07:21):
Oh my goodness, Trey.
You know, we're always in sync, David.
Thank you for that wonderful complaint, that wonderful segue into today's subject,
Factor, which is a meal planning service.
Now, have you heard of this company?
Trey Gerrald (07:34):
I've definitely gotten,
like, targeted ads on Instagram
Chelsey Donn (07:37):
Same.
So like probably daily, I will at leastget one ad from Factor on Instagram.
So I was like, I gotta digand see what's going on here.
I do have a friend, my friend Lauren, friend ofthe pod, who does order Factor, and she's a fan.
So I just want to put that out there becausethis is going to be a one star review.
Just, just letting
Trey Gerrald (07:58):
uh oh,
Chelsey Donn (07:58):
All right.
But for those of you who don't know,I just want to give a quick rundown.
Factor is a fresh, Never frozen ingredients, chef made, gourmet recipes, approved
by expert dieticians, delivered to your
home or office, ready to eat in three
minutes or less, that's what they purport.
They also have different meal plans for differentdietary needs, so they have keto plans, and they
have paleo plans, and vegetarian or vegan, or
all kinds of whatever your individual needs are,
they can be customized, you go on this website.
(08:32):
You select your meals, and then they send themto you in the mail, so a lot of people that,
you know, are working, or don't like to cook,
or are just trying to stay healthy, will look
towards companies like Factor to sort of solve
that problem, you know, unfortunately, for
this customer, which I hate, we're gonna have
to come up with a name for them, customer on
Trustpilot, they had a one star experience,
Trey Gerrald (08:58):
All right,
Chelsey Donn (08:59):
Overall on
Trustpilot, Factor has four stars.
Okay, so not, not terrible.
And it is verified by the company, the page.
Trey Gerrald (09:07):
Wait, I just
have one clarifying question.
So is factor, are they, like, meals that you microwave?
Or is it, are you cooking them?
Okay,
Chelsey Donn (09:16):
We're ready to go.
They're prepared.
There's no cooking.
It's not like, uh, what are those other companies?
Trey Gerrald (09:23):
like, Blue Apron or
Chelsey Donn (09:24):
like Blue Apron, it's not
like a Blue Apron where like they give
you the ingredients, raw chicken, all the
things, no, it's 100 percent cooked, zap
it in the microwave and you're ready to go.
Alright, so this is written by customer, okay, they've chosen not to identify, now just to
be clear, you can identify on Trustpilot,
so this person has decided not to identify,
which maybe will come in, maybe won't.
(09:47):
The subject of the review is, it's more.
It's more than what went wrong.
What went right?
Is this the best you can do?
(10:07):
Sincerely?
This feels like a joke.
I've received four or five boxes because Ifigured the first meals I didn't like were
perhaps a fluke and I should give you a chance.
I sincerely regret this decisionto allow orders to continue.
I have never more begrudgingly eaten foodknowing I've already sunk money into it.
(10:36):
When my box arrived on the porch today, Ilooked upon it with loathing, then looked to
my garbage can, holding several unopened factor
meals I hadn't mustered the will to eat, and
then the boxes still remaining in the fridge.
I may have eaten one outof 10 meals from last week.
(10:59):
That's telling.
For the record, I'm not a picky eater.
I'll eat just about anything.
I'm a food enthusiast and love tocook, but I'm also a mom who has eaten
plenty of lukewarm, stale, or overly
processed food to get through the day.
I'm also an RN with a big interest in nutrition.
(11:22):
I've worked in fine dining and I'm veryopen to new concepts and flavor combos.
I've also worked in dive bars.
I can find value in both thebourgeois and the simple or gritty.
I say this to illustrate that I can findthe value in quite a lot of cuisine.
(11:43):
Quite honestly, the only reason I bought these...
Was because there was a promotion, and I was kindof burnt out, so I'm really perplexed, How it can
come to this point, where you lose, this badly,
Trey Gerrald (12:00):
Oh.
Chelsey Donn (12:01):
Disappoint, this completely, in
every arena possible, your food is offensive.
From all the perspectives, I can fathom the sevenyear old who loves overly processed foods, Chef
Boyardee, et cetera, begs while eating your food.
Trey Gerrald (12:25):
Hmm.
What?
Chelsey Donn (12:26):
She can only get a few bites down.
The foodies, myself and my partner, can't get more than a few bites down.
And we only do it because we've gotthat whole sunk cost thing right now?
Trey Gerrald (12:41):
Hmm.
Chelsey Donn (12:41):
There have been
hundreds of dollars in the trash can.
Meals we couldn't choke down.
We loathe your food.
And it's 12 a meal?
Trey Gerrald (12:55):
Hmm.
Chelsey Donn (12:55):
Really?
in mind, this is on special.
This is at a significant discount.
These meals don't look any betterthan Michelina frozen meals.
Or Kids Cuisine, but they cost ten times as much.
(13:16):
On special!
On special!
Discounted!
Like, surely you're joking?
This is your business?
Not my first meal delivery thing either, but definitely the most inedible.
(13:39):
Not only do I want a refund, I want an apology.
Trey Gerrald (13:43):
Oh, come on.
Chelsey Donn (13:45):
Don't come at me with free
meals, with that gruel you call food.
Trey Gerrald (13:51):
Ew.
Chelsey Donn (13:52):
Just stop.
I'd say do better, but I don't know that youshould be making meals for people for a profit.
Retirement is probably best.
Trey Gerrald (14:05):
Oh!
Chelsey Donn (14:08):
I just don't want
anyone else to have the regret I have.
You're busy and you want to feed your family?
I get it.
If these were 4 per meal, Ithink it'd be justifiable.
Maybe a bit more than thatbecause they're delivered.
(14:28):
No more than that.
But 12?
Trey Gerrald (14:33):
my god.
Chelsey Donn (14:34):
On sale?
So what?
20 each.
When the promo period ends,
Trey Gerrald (14:43):
Whoa.
Chelsey Donn (14:45):
and this is for food, I'd
question giving my dog Dot, space, dot,
line break, dot, line break, laughing emoji,
laughing emoji, laughing emoji, laughing emoji,
laughing emoji, laughing emoji, laughing emoji,
laughing emoji, laughing emoji, You're funny.
(15:10):
And this was left July 25th, 2023.
So in the very recent past,
Trey Gerrald (15:17):
Customer.
Chelsey Donn (15:18):
yeah, customer,
Trey Gerrald (15:20):
Did customer write
on special twice, in all caps?
Chelsey Donn (15:25):
that's right.
Yeah,
Trey Gerrald (15:31):
Okay, well, it's interesting
that you brought this in because I've
never used Factor, but David and I do
use a company called Eat Clean Bro.
And we have been ordering from them, honestly, since probably 2011, 2012,
Chelsey Donn (15:46):
wow.
Okay.
I actually feel like we've talked about
Trey Gerrald (15:49):
yeah, and their general
meals are somewhere between like 9.
99 and then there's like premium, fancy, special edition ones that are like 12.
99, so if the promotion sale is 12.
99, And if customer is right and sort oflike, is that just like a certain percentage
off or is each individual meal actually 20?
(16:12):
I mean, that's crazy.
But this sort of comes down to like,uh, the structure of the company.
Because my question, my first question was, ifyou've given them the benefit of the doubt for
four or five boxes, I want to know how many
meals are in a box because then that turns
into how much the meal is per pack, whatever.
(16:32):
I also just have to say, Like, I'mvery entertained by Customer, but
Chelsey Donn (16:38):
Yeah,
Trey Gerrald (16:38):
I don't know
what was wrong with the food.
Is it the taste?
Chelsey Donn (16:41):
customer was talking about
the food in the disparaging way that they
were, I immediately thought about PJ.
Trey Gerrald (16:49):
I thought about Lean Cuisine.
Chelsey Donn (16:51):
Marty, and how they were
saying like, be more creative, like don't
just tell me that it's disgusting and vile,
tell me what's so disgusting about it,
Trey Gerrald (17:01):
Thank you.
Right.
The entire review.
I don't, and it's because Customer givesus their resume for like the first six
Chelsey Donn (17:08):
that's right,
Trey Gerrald (17:09):
that they mentioned that they are
interested in interesting flavor combinations.
So then I was like, Oh, like if they hadn'teven mentioned that, then I might just
be like, Oh, I guess the food is gross.
But there's no description aboutwhy you're choking it down.
Like, I'm
Chelsey Donn (17:25):
if you're like basically
a, a food critic, cause you've had all
this experience, certainly you could come
up with some verbiage, to let me know,
Trey Gerrald (17:34):
I do think it is funny,
the phrase, begrudgingly eating food.
Chelsey Donn (17:39):
yeah, oh I
Trey Gerrald (17:41):
Chelsey, ever
begrudgingly eaten food?
Chelsey Donn (17:44):
I gotta say, guys, I
have a pretty low tolerance when it
comes to begrudgingly eating things.
I just won't eat it.
Trey Gerrald (17:53):
Really?
Chelsey Donn (17:53):
mom always gets on me about that.
She's like, you're so picky.
And then as an adult, I realized, like, I am pretty much a vegetarian.
Like, I'll eat almost anythingthat's made with vegetables.
I have a strong ick factor when it comes to meat.
So if there was, like, any kind of meatproduct that I just thought was, like,
Ugh, like I'm gonna begrudgingly eat it.
(18:15):
I just can't.
I couldn't force myself to do
Trey Gerrald (18:18):
It does,
Chelsey Donn (18:19):
think that that's an interesting
point because here's where I'm losing customer
a little bit and tell me if you agree.
So customer says that they ordered two orthree times or right two or three times
before Four or five boxes, four or five times.
Yeah, I received four or five boxes.
Okay.
So why did we not, after the first box, ifwe really wanted to do right by the company,
why didn't we contact the company after the
first box and say, what's going on here?
(18:49):
You know, this isn't to my liking.
Trey Gerrald (18:51):
right?
Chelsey Donn (18:53):
Why do we let them
fail five times and then go at them?
At what point do you feel like it's the customer'sresponsibility to follow up in some way?
Trey Gerrald (19:04):
Well, you could even take
that one step further, cause this is
on Trustpilot, this isn't even too...
So like, I don't even knowif Factor is gonna see this.
Chelsey Donn (19:14):
Well, I will say I do think
the factor is gonna see this because
as you know, Trustpilot is really the
only centralized location where one can
complain about a conglomerate Worldwide.
And this particular pagehas been claimed by Factor.
So as soon as the company claims it, they do thenbecome responsible for, you know, responding to
the reviews as we saw with even 1 800 Flowers.
(19:44):
I don't believe claimed that page.
Trey Gerrald (19:45):
right.
I guess my point is they could have gonemore direct to someone with an at Factor.
com.
I almost said fucked her.
Chelsey Donn (19:53):
Factor, yes, okay, sorry, I
hear you now, you're saying like, why are
we being so, like, we're not even dealing
with it directly and then we're like, just
taking it to this public forum additionally,
Trey Gerrald (20:04):
Also, customer really
gets me with like, I only tried
this because there was a promotion.
Now, isn't that truly thebusiness model of everyone today?
I can't go on anywhere in social mediawithout a promotion for something.
Chelsey Donn (20:19):
but especially Factor.
mean, I don't know what their budget is interms of marketing, but they just blanket
every, I mean, you, I'm telling you, I'm
serious, I don't think I can go a day
without seeing a story or a something.
Trey Gerrald (20:36):
why I had to ask you
like what actually is factor because
I'm like, is it a protein product?
Is it a meal prep company?
Is it recipe
Chelsey Donn (20:44):
because their ads are
targeted, like sometimes their, their ads
are like, order from this keto company.
And I'm like, oh, it's all keto.
And then it's really not all keto.
Trey Gerrald (20:56):
Well, I think I might steal for
the rest of my life a quote from customer when
they say, I think retirement would be best.
That is such a sick burn.
Chelsey Donn (21:07):
I know,
Trey Gerrald (21:08):
But like,
Chelsey Donn (21:09):
know, there's something for
me, customer, I just think really loses me
Trey Gerrald (21:15):
with the emojis.
Chelsey Donn (21:16):
don't, well, oh my God,
please, but with the fact that they
don't identify, like, you're such a
Trey Gerrald (21:22):
Oh, that's interesting.
Yeah,
Chelsey Donn (21:24):
like, you're gonna come on
this forum, go to town, on factor, and
you're gonna tell us your entire effing
resume, and then you're not even gonna
be like, and my name is Christine, by the
Trey Gerrald (21:34):
right.
Chelsey Donn (21:34):
like, who the fuck are
Trey Gerrald (21:37):
Yeah.
It's hard for me to deduce a lot ofour bullet points here because I don't
really know what the chief complaint is.
I'm assuming it's The taste,
Chelsey Donn (21:48):
For sure,
Trey Gerrald (21:49):
as you mentioned,
Chelsey Donn (21:51):
and the price,
Trey Gerrald (21:52):
the price, right?
But as you mentioned, when we had theMacMarkSisters on, taste is subjective.
I don't know, like, how calm and flukycustomers opinion will be, because I
don't know if we have the same palette.
They spend a lot of real estate on just Mishigas.
Like, I don't,
Chelsey Donn (22:09):
about who they are, where
they come from, everything but their
Trey Gerrald (22:12):
Like, you worked
at fine dining and a dive bar?
Cool.
What?
Chelsey Donn (22:17):
they're an RN,
Trey Gerrald (22:18):
But I guess the unique valuable
information is like it seems the case that
customers presenting is they did try to
give them the benefit of the doubt and it
just is so below par and their seven year
old who eats Chef Boyardee like is gagging.
But the whole money thing is interesting.
I think like the impact I'm having is sortof like I wonder if it's too expensive.
(22:39):
I guess the money thing is maybe the mostlike truthful I think all the descriptions
of like, this vague, disgusting taste
is a little shady, Because there aren't
Chelsey Donn (22:49):
I agree, totally, like
we're calling it gruel, it's gruel,
Trey Gerrald (22:54):
what is gruel, other
than a word coined in Mean Girls?
Chelsey Donn (22:58):
okay, so as we pointed
out when, a few episodes back, Trey and
I both tried to define Rococo, and we
both had the wrong definition, okay?
But I do believe that gruel, when Ithink of gruel, I think of like, Please,
Trey Gerrald (23:11):
I want some more,
Chelsey Donn (23:12):
some more,
Trey Gerrald (23:14):
too, so it's probably wrong, Gruel,
Chelsey Donn (23:18):
right?
Like, I imagine like a purge
Trey Gerrald (23:21):
yes!
Chelsey Donn (23:22):
type situation where there's just
like Oliver's just like coming up and wolfing
down like food that nobody else would ever eat.
And then not only that, but hewants more because he's starving.
Trey Gerrald (23:33):
is porridge?
Chelsey Donn (23:34):
Like a oatmeal like a
grit oatmeal like something in that
family I would imagine right but I am
Trey Gerrald (23:41):
What is, I've never seen porridge,
Chelsey Donn (23:43):
not it like other than
in a children's book or something,
Trey Gerrald (23:48):
Alright, so were
we entertained here by customer?
Is it
Chelsey Donn (23:50):
I was kind of entertained
like I I read through a lot of factor
reviews and they brought this one in for
a reason my question is And I think I
know the answer to this, but I'll ask you.
Clearly, customer was going for entertaining here.
Trey Gerrald (24:03):
I don't know what they're going for.
I think, were they like going for a job?
Like, are they trying to get hired somewhere?
Like, I don't understand.
Like, I guess I
Chelsey Donn (24:11):
with all of this, like, are you jo
Shirley, you're joking, this is your business?
Like, you know, like, I don't know, dowe I think that they were going over the
top, even with this, like, all these LOL
Trey Gerrald (24:22):
ON SPECIAL?
DESKETALTON?
Chelsey Donn (24:23):
On special?
On special?
On special?
Oh my
Trey Gerrald (24:29):
Yeah, I mean, I think they have a
little bit of a wink But I just need a little more
specific because I I don't know if it would apply
to me like I like I want to Know is it too spicy.
Is there no flavor?
Is it
Chelsey Donn (24:41):
I just, yeah, I wish they
would say, like, got the chili and,
like, lost my, my nostril hairs, like, I
guess that's a benefit, you know, like,
Trey Gerrald (24:49):
tell me the meals you got, yes,
Chelsey Donn (24:52):
funny and be, like, got the
salmon, might as well have eaten my sneaker
because it was, like, rubbery as hell,
Trey Gerrald (25:00):
the spelling like?
Chelsey Donn (25:01):
really good until we got to the
end, which I think is, like, indicative of
the tone of this thing, like, we just took
it too far, okay, like, we got it, right?
Trey Gerrald (25:10):
right, right, right,
Chelsey Donn (25:12):
But other than that,
have we given customer their due?
Trey Gerrald (25:15):
ready to crown,
Chelsey Donn (25:16):
All right, I'm ready to crown.
Trey Gerrald (25:18):
Chelsey and
Chelsey Donn (25:18):
On special!
Trey Gerrald (25:20):
on special, so Chelsey and I each
have our own set of zero to five crown cards, in
an effort to be fair and not influenced by one
another, we will simultaneously reveal our rating.
VOICEOVER (25:33):
The Queens are tabulating.
Total
Chelsey Donn (25:41):
okay, interesting.
I'm holding up one crown,Trey is holding up two crowns.
Trey, you go first, why two crowns for customer?
Trey Gerrald (25:50):
I mean, I guess I'm just
really getting that they are not tasty.
And so therefore, like, I would maybe belike, well, then what's the point if like,
I'm like, if I'm not even going to enjoy
it, and that it's a little bit expensive.
But other than that, I feel like we spend a lot ofreal estate up top on things that are irrelevant.
Chelsey Donn (26:08):
Yeah.
Trey Gerrald (26:09):
And like, somehow, by the end
of it, I'm a little turned off by a customer.
I don't I'm like not on board with them, especially when it's like the laughing
emoji at the end, I'm just sort of
like, wait, are you angry or are you
Chelsey Donn (26:21):
And the last sign
of the review is you're funny.
Trey Gerrald (26:24):
Which is like weird
because it doesn't seem like they're
entertained, it seems like they're upset.
But, retirement is probably best.
Um, so, I'm saying two crowns.
I think it probably would make me lookup other reviews, because I want to see
if other people think it's not tasty.
Chelsey Donn (26:41):
Yes.
Trey Gerrald (26:42):
If that's even the
complaint, I'm kind of unsure.
Chelsey, why did you say one crown?
Chelsey Donn (26:47):
I said one crown because
I thought this was entertaining.
It like, I did think it was likeentertaining to sort of dig into customer.
I really like a name behind the person I'mtalking about because for me and like sort of
my psychic queen ability, I feel like I need
your name to really understand who you are.
And so I couldn't give you morethan one crown because you didn't
identify yourself and I hate that.
(27:09):
But I did think it was entertaining and I don'tthink that This is such a ding to the company.
I, I, like you were saying, Idon't really trust you, customer.
I don't know.
I would have to read other reviews just todetermine if you're just having a moment
or if this is really the experience.
I'm not just off the bat of your review completelywriting off the actor, but I will say I'm, I'm
going to keep digging a little deeper, right?
(27:34):
I'm not going to press order after reading this.
Trey Gerrald (27:38):
right,
Chelsey Donn (27:39):
But one crown, give us your name.
I'll see you Give it, tell us who you are, please.
Trey Gerrald (27:44):
yeah, I feel that.
Chelsey Donn (27:46):
But
VOICEOVER (27:46):
Score?
There's a reply!
Chelsey Donn (27:48):
there's a
Trey Gerrald (27:48):
Oh, so Factor did see,
Chelsey Donn (27:51):
The actor did obviously see this.
It's sort of generic, but Ifigured I'd read it anyway.
Hi!
Clearly we can't address the person, so just hi.
Hi!
Thank you for your review.
It is feedback like yours thathelps us grow and improve.
I'm so sorry to learn about your experiencewith the quality of meals that you have
received that aren't right for you and was
not satisfied with the cost of service.
(28:16):
Please know this is not the experiencewe want for you, and we're here to
work with our chef choice to improve.
We will forward this feedbackto our teams and partners.
In the meantime, someone from our team will becontacting you to discuss the matter further.
Thank you for being the best part of factor.
(28:39):
I feel like Upwork.
To respond to this because there's likesome mistakes and also feels very generic,
Trey Gerrald (28:48):
It feels very like template,
Chelsey Donn (28:50):
right?
Trey Gerrald (28:51):
like a PR team found the most non
salacious sort of like PC response, but in a way
I sort of feel like I appreciate the evenness of
this, like there is something for me that feels
validating that there's just no emotion It's
just like a sort of copy paste reply because
Chelsey Donn (29:12):
Mm hmm.
Trey Gerrald (29:13):
it does sort of put into perspective
like our product didn't jive with you So well
like like it's just sort of like okay, like
no need for these laughing emojis, on special!
Chelsey Donn (29:26):
Yeah, and I also at first
I was thinking like, are they BSing us
with this whole like, we'll be contacting
you because they didn't self identify.
It just says customer.
But then underneath where it sayscustomer, it does say verified.
So maybe there is a way.
Trey Gerrald (29:41):
my first thought is like this is
just the generic reply that you do on all social
Chelsey Donn (29:45):
Right.
Right.
Right.
Trey Gerrald (29:47):
so maybe it is, maybe it's
so unspecific, that like, they didn't
even catch that when you just paste
this here, to the person that doesn't
identify, like you can't look through your,
Chelsey Donn (29:57):
Right.
Trey Gerrald (29:57):
books or whatever.
Chelsey Donn (29:58):
right.
Trey Gerrald (30:00):
It feels so
generic, I don't even know
Chelsey Donn (30:02):
I don't think we need to crown
it, honestly, like, I just wanted to bring it
Trey Gerrald (30:05):
no, it's good
to know that they replied,
Chelsey Donn (30:07):
I think we should move on from
customer, on special, and, and enter the most
special, portion of our show, Trey, are you
ready to induct a very special, person for,
VOICEOVER (30:25):
My Royal Highness.
Trey Gerrald (30:27):
yeah, well, it's interesting,
of course, more NSYNC ness, uh, JC
Chelsey Donn (30:32):
Bye bye bye.
Trey Gerrald (30:34):
You know, I don't know if you've
noticed, but I do have a new chair, and I've
had it for a little while, and I was waiting
to have enough experience before I inducted
it, but I got on this, like, ergonomic
chair kick, and then suddenly I kept getting
all of these targeted ads on Instagram,
Chelsey Donn (30:56):
Of course.
Trey Gerrald (30:57):
for the chair that I'm sitting in,
which is called Hi Nomi, it's an ergonomic chair,
so it has like 30, that's an exaggeration, I think
it has 23 different customizations that like are
better for your body, so I'm wondering if I, but
it's funny because I was targeted, then I started
looking, then I went to the website, and they do
have constantly all of these different promotions.
Chelsey Donn (31:22):
Of course.
Trey Gerrald (31:23):
So I got this chair on special,
Chelsey Donn (31:26):
That's special.
Trey Gerrald (31:28):
but one of the amazing
things is, is that you don't really
have to build it, like the whole base is
Chelsey Donn (31:32):
Oh, that's nice.
Trey Gerrald (31:33):
and the the top is
constructed too, so it's two pieces
that you just like Put together.
So if you're watching us on our Patreon level, you can see the chair, but it's really beautiful.
This top headpiece moves around.
It goes up and down, then the back, you can go like back and forth.
It also lays all the way flatso you could like take a nap.
Chelsey Donn (31:56):
a nap.
Trey Gerrald (31:57):
and it has these
arm things that go this way.
They go this way.
Chelsey Donn (32:02):
How wide does it go?
Trey Gerrald (32:04):
All the way up.
Wait.
Chelsey Donn (32:06):
size?
Um, conscious.
Trey Gerrald (32:08):
So they go this way too, right?
But then you can also do this.
Chelsey Donn (32:11):
Oh, I love her.
Trey Gerrald (32:13):
So it can go under the desk.
And then
Chelsey Donn (32:17):
Or if you were
in fact, too wide to have the.
Arms down, it goes wider, oryou could just take them away,
Trey Gerrald (32:23):
does
Chelsey Donn (32:23):
sometimes I don't like an arm,
Trey Gerrald (32:25):
It also goes side that way too.
Obviously it has like the lumbar support, right?
And then you can like dothe seat depth in and out.
And this is the feature that sold it for me.
Are you ready?
Chelsey Donn (32:35):
I'm ready, oh, it has a foot thing,
oh my god, it's like, it has like a lazy boy built
Trey Gerrald (32:44):
Isn't that remarkable?
And then it just like, it just folds away
Chelsey Donn (32:48):
I love that,
Trey Gerrald (32:49):
and then you can, and you can.
Chelsey Donn (32:50):
luxurious,
that's like a first class seat,
Trey Gerrald (32:53):
It feels like you're
in at least business class, but you
can, like, recline all the way back.
Chelsey Donn (32:58):
Wow.
I love her.
I do feel like they had like plain seatin mind, like, like fancy plain seat in
Trey Gerrald (33:06):
I mean, I'm obsessed with this
chair and it has made editing so much more
enjoyable because I can like recline a little bit.
I can dove in, you know?
Chelsey Donn (33:13):
You can, I can dab it.
I love you.
Trey Gerrald (33:16):
I just wanted to take
the opportunity to truly induct
High Nomi Ergonomic desk chairs.
They also have a whole other lineof all these other products and
stuff and it's really beautiful.
It's super not expensive I meanthese ergonomic chairs can literally
Chelsey Donn (33:30):
can be
Trey Gerrald (33:31):
Thousands of dollars.
Yeah, but I'm sure that if you goand look right now, there will be
a special A promotion, because it's
Chelsey Donn (33:37):
Oh, I'm special!
Trey Gerrald (33:39):
So, for all of those
reasons and above, I have to induct
the Hinomi Ergonomic Desk Chair.
You really have made my life better.
Chelsey Donn (33:47):
Wow.
knows.
Trey Gerrald (33:50):
Yeah, go, go get one if you want.
Well, Queen, that's it, we did it.
That is another round on the R U A R Q,Retirement is probably best, Ferris Wheel.
Chelsey Donn (34:01):
Thank you for joining us today.

you heard, please, tell an enemy.

Like, I mean, I know I keepcalling them Christine, like L or
Trey Gerrald (35:33):
Well, they
identify as mother, right?
So,
Chelsey Donn (35:36):
Oh, true.
Good catch,
Trey Gerrald (35:38):
I don't know, I kind
of think it could be Christine, or
like, Jamie Lynn, or like, Kay Lynn,
Chelsey Donn (35:45):
Barbara W., like Washington.
Trey Gerrald (35:48):
I want to know what was so wrong.
Chelsey Donn (35:51):
Me too.
Trey Gerrald (35:52):
Oh my god, wait, I
just looked over at the Tootsie World
