So...let's talk about it. In part 1 of the 4 part segment on Anxiety,  I will discuss what it's all about and give some really good examples -personal and imaginary-that will give a fuller picture into what anxiety is all about. There are many different ways to cope with anxiety, and we will explore some of the helpful safety pins given by listeners, as well as widely used methods. Additionally, I will offer some insight into how we can embrace anxiety and let it become a tool of motivation, as opposed to being this force that creates obstacles.
