In this episode, Dawn Bova, intuitive artist, best-selling author, nurse practitioner, and angel mom, talks about the importance of the creative process in healing. She uses the creative process to provide insight to deep soul work, and her mission, which I think is so beautiful, is to help women awaken after life’s darkest moments. This is a testament to Dawn’s strength and compassion. Her artistic journey was reborn out of the tragic death of her son in 2016 to an accidental overdose, when she found that painting brought her peace, calm, and serenity. Dawn talks about her authenticity journey and how she chose the ‘more stable’ path of nursing out of high school instead of art, and how for a long time she thought that wasn’t an authentic choice. However, the deeper she goes she realizes that it wasn’t a mistake, because it’s rooted in her purpose of helping people.
