Stephanie is a master at embodiment work, she teaches us how our energy leaks (negative self talk, playing small, not honoring our bodies, not taking up space, not using our voice, unworthiness, perfectionism and more) all zap our energy and leave us feeling tired and exhausted. If we go in and find out where these energy leaks are coming from (i.e.. Jealous Jenny or Judgmental Jenny) we give them a voice and we learn what they are trying to teach us then we honor them.
