(01:54):
Welcome back to the podcastToday's guest is Dr Erin
Pollinger.
I am so excited about thisconversation today because this
topic is very near and dear tomy heart and what I've been
working on recently with Dr Erin, actually in a course that she
created in our NABA communitycalled Manifesting Magic, and I

(02:18):
met Erin through our NABAcommunity, through a mutual
friend, Austin, who's also beenon the podcast yeah, our NABA
community, through a mutualfriend, Austin, who's also been
on the podcast and I decided to,yeah, begin Dr Aaron's course,
Manifesting Magic.
And I think I told you this, DrAaron, but I felt like it was
like Jumanji, it was like onceyou opened that you had to

(02:41):
finish it.
You had to go through all of itin the way that it's meant to
be gone through.
And I don't know, you know, Idon't think I knew that going
into it, but I immediately knewlike okay, after that first
module, I was like this is notsomething that you just like
start a little bit and dabble inand walk away from.
This is like a a something Iwanted to see all the way
through, so I'm so excited tohave you here today.

(03:04):
Welcome to the podcast, Dr Erin.
Tell us more about you and how.
I know you're joining us fromCosta Rica, from your retreat
center right now.
What's been the journey of you?
I'm so grateful to have youhere today.

Dr. Erin Pollinger (03:15):
Yeah, thank you so much for having me on
today.
Lunden, such an honor to behere.
Yes, a little bit about me.
So I am a chiropractor of 25years, so really supporting
people in that way with gettingtheir spine into alignment, you
know, reorganizing their nervoussystem, opening their gateways,
helping them be more vital andconnected and energized through

(03:37):
that modality, is such a hugepiece of my soul work.
Again, 25 years I've been doingthat work and had a practice in
Berkeley and then moved toAshland Oregon where I live now.
I go between Costa Rica andAshland Oregon and had a really
big driving practice for many, many, many years and worked on a

(03:58):
lot of people with thatmodality.
And soon after I started that Idiscovered the practice of
tantric dance and was goingthrough a really really hard
time.
Actually, you know, in both ofthose moments before
chiropractic, going down a verydark, scary, lonely,
self-abusive road and foundchiropractic and it really

(04:20):
brought my light back and myhope back and my passion back.
So I went to chiropracticschool and then a few years
later, separated from the fatherof my child which was another
really grueling rite of passageand found tantric dance and my
connection to my womb and thepower and the strength and the

(04:42):
courage and the grace and all ofthe magic that comes from that
practice.
And so I started working withwomen, really blending the
energetics of the chiropracticwork that I do and the
energetics of the tantric danceto support women to really get
into their bodies, into theirdesire, into their pleasure,
into their power, so that theycan really create the most

(05:05):
extraordinary lives that theywere born to live.
Because I truly believe thatwe're all here to live
extraordinary right, it's likethat's why we're here, and I get
so in touch with that when I'mhere in Costa Rica.
I wish I could show you allmaybe I will what I'm looking
out at but the mountains and theocean and I've been waking up

(05:27):
every day with the sun risingover the mountain and sitting in
the temple for an hour or morein meditation and I'm just like,
wow, this life is soextraordinary, you know, it's so
beautiful, it's so magical,it's so rich, it's so energized,
and my deepest passion is toreally support women to reclaim

(05:48):
that level of energy andactivation and passion and
extraordinary in their lives.

Lunden Souza (05:55):
Yeah, yeah, and I love your work so much in the
way that you yeah, I mean theway, like you said, you've been
a chiropractor of 25 yearssuccessful practices, like all
these things and I love the waythat you hold that feminine
energy, that grace, all of thatbecause I grew up in a family

(06:15):
where everybody worked.
It was a very masculine energyItalian immigrants as
grandparents, you know.
Everybody worked and go, go, goand I just, yeah, I remember
always being proud to say, ohyeah, I work seven days a week,
or I work 10 hours today, 12hours today, all in that doing

(06:35):
and not taking the time and notseeing women in my family line
lineage that came back intotheir body, like you said,
tapped into their desires andall of that right, it was like
as if that was a shame thing.
And I remember like if otherpeople in my family went to
retreats or did something forthemselves, it was like who does

(06:56):
she think she is?
She got a babysitter for a weekand is by herself and that was
the chatter right.
And I'm discovering that wasthe chatter right and I'm
discovering that thatprogramming it served me a
little bit but it is not goingto serve me long-term in the way
that I want to serve and expand.
And so, yeah, what's going onwith the feminine feeling like

(07:22):
they can't be into their bodiesand they can't express and have
desires and pleasure?
Why is?
Why is that so icky or seen aslike taboo?

Dr. Erin Pollinger (07:28):
I mean, it was in my family, I don't know
if anybody else probably someonelistening, it was the same, but
like yeah absolutely and yeah, well, definitely the time that
we've been living in and thepatriarchy and the, the toxic
masculine that people havereally adopted and believed

(07:49):
right and like the messages weget from family, from culture,
from society that we need to beequal to men and we need to work
hard and we need to, you know, push and we need to hustle.
You see so many women on socialmedia like in the hustle and
the and the push Right and it'sum, it's really been a dis-ease.

(08:11):
You know that, that women, themessaging that we've gotten as
women, and the fear aroundreally rising in our feminine.
I mean, the witches were burned, we were, you know, tortured
and killed for really being inour magic and in our feminine.
I mean, the witches were burned, we were, you know, tortured
and killed for really being inour magic and in our power and
in our beauty, and so it's likethat fear, you know religion,

(08:34):
all the ways that we've beentaught that being in these wild,
powerful, powerful, gracefulfeminine essences that we have
isn't safe and it's shameful, and so we've taken this on right
and I think things are changing.
Not, I think I know things arechanging so much right now, in

(08:58):
this moment in time.
Right, it's like we've justcome into this, this era of the
feminine.
Like this whole next era, thiswhole next period is about the
feminine rising and really aboutwomen understanding that it is
safe.
It is safe to be in our desire.
That's the beautiful thingabout pleasure, right?
That's why so many feminineleaders are talking about

(09:21):
pleasure right now, because itactually recodes the system that
our desires are safe, that wecan actually have what we want,
that we're not going to betortured, we're not going to be
killed, we're not going to beoutcasts right.
That we can actually have whatit is that we desire.
It's safe and we're worthy andwe're deserving, especially now,
in this year of the snake.

(09:41):
It's like this year is allabout, like that Kundalini, that
Shakti, that feminine, thatdeep feminine power moving
through us, tapping into that,so that we can really rise into
the feminine leaders, rise intothe beings that we really want
to be which doesn't mean justdoing right.

(10:02):
Doing is a part of the feminine.
I talk about the three aspectsof the feminine the willing, the
wild and the wise.
And this is a year for the wisethe wisdom, the grace, the
being right.
The snake is slow and moves andit's connected to nature and
the earth and then goes andtakes strategic action, which is

(10:23):
that wild.
The wild is the creative, it'smore of the young feminine, it
is that doing, it's the actionpiece which is a part of the
feminine.
And then the willing, of course, is having the willingness to
go into the dark.
The dark feminine is such a big, important piece of the
feminine.
So in the retreats that I dowith women and the work that I

(10:45):
do, I really support women tounderstand these different
aspects of themselves and howeach one of them is sacred,
right.
The goal isn't to get to justbe the wise woman and live there
.
The goal is to know all of theaspects of you and when one is
running the show and how to pullmore of the other energetics in

(11:06):
.

Lunden Souza (11:08):
Yes, when one is running the show.
That is what I've come torealize over the last, I would
say for sure, since I moved toUtah, which is about a year and
a half ago.
I think that I never felt assafe and secure, with all of my
needs met, as I have been here.
So then, of course, when youland and you feel safe and you

(11:30):
feel good, right, that's thatspace where then that dark,
feminine shadow energy is likeokay, yeah, I feel safe enough
to come out, right, and so Ifeel like, yeah, when you aren't
aware that those three piecesexist, it's like you're trying
to sit.
It just made me envision like astool with three legs and it's

(11:51):
like, when you're trying to siton a stool with just one leg,
like when it's time to pivot, because I feel like, as women,
what I felt in your course islike we have all these
superpowers, like thesedifferent capes we can wear, and

(12:13):
like we get to be in one ofthose, depending on the season
of our life or whatever, insteadof looking out for something
else to help us or fix us, orremedy or whatever.
It's like actually, there's alot of cool tools within our
feminine energy and I just lovethat.

Dr. Erin Pollinger (12:34):
Yeah, absolutely we are.
It's like these different thewilling, the wild, the wise they
do come along with differentarchetypes, and when we really
learn what these archetypes areand how they move in us and
through us and the ones thatwe've actually disowned, the
ones that we haven't reallygotten to know, then we're
moving in life and like thislimited box of perception, this

(12:56):
limited box of who we can be andwhat we can receive and what we
can give and how we can beexpressed.
And so as we reorganize ournervous system through the
chiropractic and theentrainments and really bring
the energy of the kundalini, theshakti online, the tantric
dance, all of those aspects getto be integrated and really

(13:19):
accepted and understood so thatwe can feel more full, more
vibrant, more authenticexpression and we get to know
when it's called for.
Right, it's like, sometimes, inthe wise woman.
It's such a being energy.
Right, it's such a wisdom, it'ssuch a grace.
There's such an effortlessness.
It's such a time of reciprocityright, giving your gifts and

(13:42):
receiving from giving your gifts.
It's community, it's likeweaving the web of your life.
And there's a time for wild.
There's a time to like be outand start that new program and
really be in the like victoryenergy.
Right, like nothing is going tostop me.
I am here, you know, and andand I'm activated and I'm on a

(14:02):
mission and I will not stopuntil I succeed at that.
There's a time for that, andthere's a time to really go dark
and be down in the depths ofall of the beauty and magic that
comes from being willing toreally go there and get to know

(14:26):
the shadow, like you said, getto know the pieces that need to
be felt and really appreciatedand welcomed and loved and
accepted.

Lunden Souza (14:36):
Yeah, get to know the pieces that need to be felt
acceptance, not trying to pushsomething away.
Acceptance, not trying to pushsomething away.
And, yeah, I did our advancedpush-catch detox at the end of
December and then after that, Iimmediately tapped into your
manifesting magic course and so,for the first time since I was

(14:59):
yeah, I mean, I've been showingup on social media every day for
like a decade, right, nevertaking time off, always creating
.
And I just was like this monthin January is not that right.
I have a wonderful assistantwho makes all the short clips
for my podcast.
We've been still sharing that.
But I wasn't really sure how Ifelt after the detox and as I

(15:20):
was going through your modulesand the course, right, and I was
like I could feel myself likethat, trying to push the gas on
an area that, and it was justlike I was frustrated.
I didn't feel creative, nothingwas coming up.
Then I was annoyed by that andI was like, girl, you need to
sit your ass down, like you justneed to like, like you said
that, reciprocity, right, youuse that word a lot in the

(15:40):
course and I like it.
I like the way you say it too.
I don't know something aboutyour voice and the way it comes
out of your mouth is like such a.
I love that and yeah, beingable to give back to me and also
receive.
I don't need to be stretchArmstrong pulled in all the
different directions, but Icould feel that like there was
this shift and it was like okay, are you going to go back to old

(16:02):
ways?
Are you going to keep pushingthe gas and try to do more and
not listen and just keep goingand more is more?
Are you going to choose adifferent path than what you saw
?
And so that's kind of what I'vebeen choosing.
And now we're at the last day ofJanuary, on the time of
recording it, and I was like, soI've been kind of planning
going through all that.
But yeah, sometimes we needthat, and I know a lot of people

(16:24):
have asked me throughout theyears like don't you ever take a
break?
Like you're always going?
You all there's.
Every time I open Instagram, your contents like never stop,
and I'm like, no, we're good,you know.
But this time it was differentbecause, like you said, there's
parts of you that cannot beignored and I couldn't push that
side down anymore.
And do, do do If and I couldn'tpush that side down anymore and

(16:45):
do do do If.
I was going to do that, I wasgoing to burn out and die.

Dr. Erin Pollinger (16:50):
That's how I felt.
I was like no, I'm going to dieif I do that Literally, and
knowing and celebrating thatwild essence in you, that
creative life force.
Energy is such a beautifulthing.
It is your superpower, right?
And how much more superpowerful will that be when you
bring in more of the wise that?
wise oh, really listening, andthat's the beauty of the tantric

(17:15):
dance and the womb space is shereally informs in a in a really
potent, clear way, right, andreally helps you move with more
of that wise woman energy andmore of that beingness.
And I think we're all beingcalled down, called, called up
to as women slow down, right, like, slow down, because women

(17:39):
are becoming like men, you know, with that doing, doing, doing
more, more, more, making themore money, doing, the bigger
business, having the moresuccess.
It's you know, I don't everwant to put anyone down and
everyone has their own way ofbeing and it could.
It can be hard for women.
It's giving women the message, especially on social media, that

(18:02):
you're not enough with what youdo, that it's like this, this
comparison, and this like, because so many women who truly
are in their authentic, you know, wisdom place aren't guided to
move in that way.
Right, and so it's, um, I think, especially this year with the

(18:23):
snake, yes, action, yes,creation.
This is a huge creation year.
And from where are we creatingfrom, and how are we moving in
that creative life force?

Lunden Souza (18:37):
energy that is so important.
Yeah, from where are we moving?
From Right.
For me it was like literallythe voice of my grandpa, like
work, like that was it Right?
And now it's.
You know, I have to choose.
I get to choose to change thatnarrative, change the story,
turn down the volume on that andturn up the volume on, like you

(18:59):
said, the worthiness, theempowerment, the desire, the
passion, the doesn't matter whatyou get done today, if you're
just feeling good within thatenergy, that's a win.
There doesn't have to be acheckbox there.
And I want to talk more aboutthe womb space, because this is
really what you go into andmaybe someone listening and also

(19:20):
myself too.
I'm very familiar with thedifferent chakras and energy
centers, but I've never donesomething where I've literally
spent we spend so much timewithin that energy center, that
sacral energy a you said it'slike the temple, the space where

(19:50):
you get to go and be free andexpress and all of that.
And, oh my gosh, the visualsand the space that I got to set
up within myself has been somagical you talk a lot about,
like a dewy lotus flower andthat serpent, kundalini energy,
womb space.
Let's talk a little bit aboutthat, and then I'll share my

(20:13):
experience kind of with you ofwhat magic happened within me.

Dr. Erin Pollinger (20:18):
Yeah, well, you know, I've been doing
tantric dance for about 20 yearsand what I have learned and
continue to learn, it's really alifelong practice, as anything
is.
But the womb space to me isreally this incredible portal.
And you know, jodis, I know youknow you love Jodis Penza,

(20:41):
you've been with him a lot, andhow he talks about the void
right, the void and thenothingness, the fertile void,
he says too sometimes.
Yeah, the fertile void.
Yeah, that's the womb space isI mean it's?
our womb, it's this place offertility, it's the place where
the egg and the sperm cometogether and the life is created
and gestated and nurtured.
So it's this huge place that'sfertile, you know, even if you

(21:04):
don't have an actual womb, it'san energetic womb that is always
there, that is always fertilein every single woman, and so it
is this portal into pain.
Really, we carry so much trauma, feminine trauma, in our womb
space, and so when we begin thispractice, we begin to feel a

(21:24):
lot of things that we have notallowed ourselves to feel.
So the beginning of thisconnection can come with really
having to be willing to go intothat dark, feminine and going
into the shadow and going tothis place of willingness to
feel.
So it's a portal into pain right, and the deeper the pain, the
greater the gift.
So the deeper we connect withthis pain, the greater the

(21:46):
energy, the more is liberatedfor us to really be who we are
here on this planet.
It's also the portal intodesire.
So when we really move from ourwomb space, we're not coming
from desire from here.
Like my grandfather, like yousaid, said I should be doing
this, my mom said I should bedoing this, said, said I should
be doing this.
My mom said I should be doingthis.
My mind says I should be doingthis.

(22:07):
My womb is really has adifferent desire right, it's
like I don't want to create aseven figure business.
I want to be a mom and stayhome or I don't want to be a mom
and stay home.
I want to create a seven figurebusiness and like really have
huge impact in the world,globally.
Right, it's like what is thetruth and so when you connect to
womb space, it's a wholereorganization of where you're

(22:28):
listening from, getting guidancefrom and then moving from.
It's also the portal intopleasure, right.
So it's like when we theKundalini energy, this like
golden serpent energy, lives inour cervix, it's like coiled at
the base of our spine and cervix, at the very bottom of our womb
space.
And when we start to do thispractice, that energy literally

(22:49):
wakes up and it moves throughthe different energy centers and
it wakes them all up and itbrings different aspects and
parts of you online.
And so a big piece of thatKundalini, when it moves through
the womb, when it moves throughthe first chakra, the yoni,
it's like opening that sexuality, right.
The sexuality is the life force, like the sex, the sperm, the

(23:13):
egg come together to create life, right.
So that force of Eros, right, which is the erotic energy, it's
sexual energy, it just is right, whether it's like actually
connected to, like the act ofsex or not, it is this life
force that is so powerful thatwhen we connect to it through

(23:36):
the womb space, it changes ourwhole entire life, because that
energy is the energy that we canplay with and pray with.
It has, you know, our highestawakening and service.
It is the energy that we canplay with and pray with.

Lunden Souza (23:44):
It has you know our highest awakening and
service.

Dr. Erin Pollinger (23:46):
It's the energy that makes us more
attractive, receptive, magnetic.
These are the things thatpleasure does.
There's a whole neurosciencebehind pleasure and how it
really changes our beingness,our neurophysiology.
As a chiropractor, I lovetalking about all those pieces,
the science behind it, becauseonce those places are shifted

(24:07):
and changed, the pleasure comesin.
Endorphins, oxytocin, nitricoxide, all of these things
change the brain right, whichthen brings us in our power,
because we can think differentthoughts, we can be more
confident, we're more bold,we're more apologetic, we care
less about what people think, and so when we connect to this

(24:31):
pleasure, we connect to thepower in our womb space.
The Shakti is the femininepower, it just is.
It's like then we can actuallygo out and take action and
create from a whole differentplace.
So the womb space.
Really, it is the temple withinus that when we sit in the
temple and we do the practice,we get to experience the

(24:53):
fullness of all of these things.
Mm-hmm.

Lunden Souza (24:58):
Yeah, so good, and it makes me think of well
myself too, but I have clientsthat I work with that are beyond
the age of childbearing andnever had a kid right.
So tapping into being able, likeyou can create something
amazingness, magic within thatspace, and it actually doesn't

(25:18):
have to be a human.
There's so much right and weget stuck in that space and,
like you said, the shame and theguilt of not doing X, y or Z or
what we should or supposed to,or what it means to be all that
right.
And I love those moments wherewomen get to realize like, oh
actually, maybe creating aperson wasn't what you being

(25:40):
here on earth this round waswhat you were doing.
Maybe you were here to birth, like you said, a seven-figure
business.
Maybe it was humans, maybe it'sa whatever.
And I love the liberation thatwomen get when they realize that
like, oh yeah, I actually, likeI've been for 20 years in this
guilt-shame spiral of not beingable to have kids and then I'm

(26:02):
beyond menopause or whatever andit's not a reality for me to
create naturally a child anymore, whatever.
And being able to be like, oh,actually there's a.
There's a lot more there thanjust that, absolutely A lot more
there than just that.

Dr. Erin Pollinger (26:16):
I love that you use the word magic, because
that's the name of the coursethat you just did is the
manifesting magic which can be.
You know, some people thinklike oh gosh, what is that?
You know, magic and really thedefinition of magic is altering
the course of events usingsupernatural powers.
And when we connect with ourwomb space, it is actually a

(26:39):
supernatural power that we haveto cultivate our connection with
this Shakti, with thisKundalini, with this energy.
You know, I really call myself,I'm a chiropractor and
self-mastery mentor and I reallysupport women to master their
energy.
That's like master the energyand embody the Eros.

(27:00):
And when we master this energyright, then we actually can
alter the course of events.
You know, because with thisenergetic we hold the desire, we
fuel it with pleasure, we'reconnected to this energy and we
can actually shape our reality.
And especially then, when youadd the chiropractic work that I

(27:21):
do, which opens the, you know, gets the spine into alignment,
lets that Kundalini flow evenmore, if our posture is in fight
or flight, if we have traumaand tension and constriction,
you know the spine is alteredand the shape is altered that
Kundalini actually can't getthrough, that life force can't
get through.
And so when we're in alignmentit opens us even more to all the

(27:44):
energetics around us as well.
You know that aren't just likethe survivor, the reactor, the
thinker, but more of thatoptimizer, illuminator, weaver,
and that's a whole differentconversation.
But when we get to play outhere, which is what happens when
your nervous system isreorganized, when that Kundalini
moves through, you're connectedmore with the forces and the

(28:06):
energies that help you shapeyour life.
And that is one of the most funthings that I get to do is
support women to remember thatthey can connect with all of
these different energies in veryspecific ways through what I
teach, that they can shape theirreality in very specific ways,
through what I teach, that theycan shape their reality.
And when you remember, as awoman, that you can shape your

(28:28):
reality, there is so muchfreedom, so much power, so much
beauty, so much joy, cause it'slike what today?
Right, what am I going tocreate today?
How am I going to shape my lifetoday?
And that it just gets.
It gets really fun.
It's playing in a whole new, ina whole new way.
Yeah.

Lunden Souza (28:47):
Yeah, just creating your own game, your own
.
You know magic I just can keepusing that word In your course
that I took, and in creatingthat temple, that womb space for
those that, of course, haven'ttaken the course, it's like
every there's six modules andErin teaches a little bit, but

(29:12):
then you immediately go into45-ish minutes of meditation and
connecting with these differentfeminine avatars.
Am I using the correct language?
Yeah, and I remember.
Am I using the correct language?
Yeah, and I remember.
Yeah, just, I'm a very visualperson too.
I love creating, you know, visual spaces with my eyes
closed.
So this was like really fun andI loved it.

(29:32):
But I remember I think it wasthe first module was a lot about
bringing in, you know, the dark, the hurt, the pain, like some
of that stuff.
And so my visual, or this wombspace I created, is like so my
spine is like the center, whichis like the center of where

(29:53):
everyone hangs out.
It's also like a stripper polewhere, if you want to shake it
around, there's like somedancing happening in the middle
on the spine right.
So I remember creating thisspace and one of the first
avatars that came out was likeyeah, one of those shadow,
darker ones, and it was like inthis black cloak and carrying.

(30:14):
So I could see the black cloakwas covering her and I could see
she was like carrying something.
It was heavy.
And then, as I welcomed her in,she dropped the buckets and
they were buckets of rocks, likestones, and so then we worked
together and we built the stonesaround the centerpiece of which
is my spine and that was thegathering space.

(30:38):
And then, as every part andavatar would come in, the next
one was like a very anxious onthe inside but smiling on the
outside version.
She was just kind of like it'skind of like anxiety on inside
out.
Exactly, frazzle, dazzle, justkind of like oh everything's
okay, you know.
And so, slowly but surely, theseand avatars started coming and

(31:02):
we built our little center areaand it was so cool and also
something I've shared beforewith people one-on-one.
But I told myself when we weregoing to have this conversation.
I was like I'm just going totell this to Dr Aaron because I
feel safe and I can.
So, like, 12 years ago I had anabortion and I, honestly, I

(31:23):
never had guilt or shame aboutthat.
I thought it was a gooddecision for where I was in that
moment.
I, honestly, I never had guiltor shame about that.
Like, I thought it was a gooddecision for where I was in that
moment, right.
And in my process of sharingthat with people one-on-one here
or there, nine times out of 10,other women feel so free, right
, and are just like, oh my God,yes, one time someone lost their
shit on me and went bananas, right.
Anyways, since I've been hikingaround in Utah, I have this

(31:46):
little girl energy that followsme when I hike, and I hike a lot
by myself.
So in this womb space there'sthis glowing ball that sits
there too, and I think that'sher.
I think it was a girl, and sofor me, I'm like that's not, I
don't.
I just, you know, I felt likethat was the best decision in my

(32:07):
life at the time.
Even looking back now.
You know this might be a veryyou know touchy subject for
people listening, but I feelsafe to share it with you, like
someone might be so triggeredand, you know, not like me and
unfollow me, all the things.
That's okay, I'm willing tohave that happen.
But I never felt guilt or shameor anything around that.
I still don't to this day.
But now I'm like, oh, that'skind of like my spirit guide or

(32:31):
some part of that.
That's still there and it's sobeautiful and it also has
something to teach me.
But that's there too, and sothat's why this month, in
January, I was like I don't knowwhat to.
I can't create anything.
I need to just be with myself.
All this is coming up and we'rebuilding this campfire,
stripper pole, womb space going.

(32:53):
I can't.
Right now, the world needs topause.
That's how I've been feeling.
That's been so cool.
I wanted to share that because Ifelt like I couldn't share that
on a podcast episode by myself.
Thank you for letting me sharethat, because I felt like I
couldn't share that on a podcastepisode by myself.
So thank you for letting meshare that and also like, thank
you, like, thank you for whatyou do, because without that, I
mean, I maybe would have figured, you know, but I'm so grateful

(33:14):
because I had, you know, themasculine in me.
I had my six modules and Iplanned it out and I knew when I
was going to do it.
But then I also, like you know, created that space to just you
know, and sometimes I was on theground in my kitchen sobbing,
crying, crawling, roaring.
Sometimes I was just like alittle kid, smiling, doing like
snow angels on the floor right, and I share that, because I

(33:38):
think people are so afraid to gointo that dark space but, like
you said, there's so much goodshit on the other side of it and
I just feel really grateful forall of that experience.
I don't know if you havereflections on it, but yes,
thank you for sharing all ofthat and it is.

Dr. Erin Pollinger (33:54):
It's like.
It's like the retrieval right, the retrieval of the anxiety and
the acceptance and thewelcoming home where then that
part feels safe and heard andloved and accepted and part of
and they don't have to like dooutward shit to sabotage you,
right.
And then the retrieval of thepart.

(34:15):
That's like carrying the heavyrocks that just feels so
burdened but then like, oh,let's use those rocks to build a
campfire, right.
That's like repurpose.
Oh, let's use those rocks tobuild a campfire, right, let's
like repurpose.
It's like giving these parts.
Often I work with women I givethese parts different roles,
right, different identities.
It's like, okay, I've carriedthis identity for so long,
what's the new identity now?

(34:36):
What's the new role?
And so I love just hearing howyou've brought all these pieces
in.
And then with the abortion, it'ssuch a big thing, it brought
all these pieces in and then youknow, with the abortion, it's
such a big thing, you know it'ssuch a big thing and it's it's a
beautiful thing that you reallyfelt so clear and the
brightness for you and that youcan connect with the energetic
that's there now and have moreof this allyship and connection

(34:57):
with this being and a lot ofpeople women do have shame
around it.
I've also had an abortion andwhen I started this process I
had to grieve Like I just likeoh, my goodness, in the
beginning of my tantric dancejourney.
I can't even tell you how muchI cried about so many things,

(35:17):
about so many things.
It was like this endless pit ofjust grief and despair, endless
pit of just grief and despair.
And I think that when we tapinto this work not, I think, I
know we're really alsocollecting into the collective,
the global womb, and we feel thepain of all women really and

(35:40):
we're feeling the suffering ofall that's happening on this
planet and all the ways thatwomen have been tortured and
killed and hurt and raped anddismissed.
And it is, um, it's, it's sucha service, you know, it's such a
service to be able to feel forhumanity Such a service.

Lunden Souza (36:02):
I'm crying, yeah, I think, for anyone listening
now, it's just like this spacethat we share and express.
It's because, yeah, like yousaid, there's other women out
there that are stuck in this boxof guilt, fear and shame every

(36:25):
single day, all day, and pushingit down.
And so how my thing iscommunication and vocalizing and
making your masterpiece, likeyour message, of just that
expression.
And so, yeah, I hope somebodylistening feels liberated in
some of their decisions.
It was the best choice.

(36:47):
They're the the best choices.
We always make the best choices.
Um, where does a woman start?
That is maybe never heard.
Womb space, kundalini, shakti,yoni, right?
I love how, in the beginning,in your first module, you're're
like I'm going to say yoni pussy, like I just want you to know,
you know, like we're usingverbiage that like is so like,

(37:09):
oh, you know.
And so someone listening mightbe like, okay, what's the first
step?
I love how, in the meditationstoo, we're not just sitting
upright and still right, you'rehaving us like move our hips and
get into that, and I justremember feeling like so good.
So for somebody listening, what's a good place to get

(37:31):
started, whether it's a resourceyou have or a book or just
something to help themunderstand this more.

Dr. Erin Pollinger (37:40):
Yeah, absolutely so.
On my website.
Yeah, absolutely so.
On my website, which is just drAaron Pollingercom, there's my
free course and that is calledseven steps to manifesting magic
and it kind of goes through alot of what we've talked about
the seven different.
You know the first step is allabout connecting with womb space
and that comes with meditation.

(38:02):
So just doing that very simplemeditation will start to get you
connected and cultivating thisrelationship.
And once you do that freecourse, you know, of course it
goes through all the steps, which is being with what is,
connecting with your desire, activating your pleasure, owning
your power, listening andtaking inspired action.

(38:23):
So you'll learn a lot, andthat's more of me talking about
these things.
The meditation, yes, is part ofthe first step, so that would be
good to get you embodied.
But then you'll be connected tome and my list and I'm always
putting out new offerings.
I'm doing a retreat in June inAshland, oregon, at our retreat
center, illuminate.

(38:43):
I do an in-person tantric danceclass for those in Southern
Oregon.
I'm thinking about doinganother Alchemize, which is an
online eight-week container toreally teach women more globally
this practice of tantric dance, which actually translates
really beautifully online.
And let's see what else.

(39:04):
Yeah, those are the bigofferings coming up right now.
I'm hoping to be doing, youknow, three retreats a year, so
there'll be lots of opportunityto come and play in this way.

Lunden Souza (39:18):
Yeah, I'm excited for June.
Like I told you, I'm going todo everything to get there.
I really want to, really wantto come.
I think it will be so cool.
And I do like the idea ofoffering something online,
because being able to createthat container in my place right
, I didn't have to go anywhere,I didn't have to, you know.
I mean, of course, I'll be in aheartbeat over to Costa Rica,
but it's like we don't have togo to the jungle and be in

(39:39):
paradise to then create thathere.
So I really liked actually thesacredness of doing that
actually in my apartment, because it's like different now,
like I can look in my kitchen.
It's not just where I cook,it's also where I like broke
down and lost my shit a coupleof times in a good way.
I just remember being rightnext to my fridge.
I was like sweating and next tomy fridge was cold and it feels

(40:01):
so good laying on the kitchenfloor next to your fridge.
If you need a moment, just FYI.
But I think the idea of whatyou said maybe bringing that
back the container for people tobe able to do that at home not
just for, of course, for yourwork to reach more people, of
course, but also it's kind ofcool when you can create a
little shift in your space.
It's not just where you liveand go through the motions, it

(40:22):
could actually be a place thatyou can tap into true healing
and magic.

Dr. Erin Pollinger (40:28):
Yeah, and NABA, you know.
NABA is another really greatplace where the Manifesting
Magic course is, and that's alittle trickier to find.
It's in the library.
But then I have another coursecalled Own it, which is also on
the NABA platform.

Lunden Souza (40:44):
Yeah, I haven't done that course yet, but I did
your live one, so I'm excited togo in.

Dr. Erin Pollinger (40:49):
The live was more of the like, more current
essence and energy.
The other one is good.
It's worth it.

Lunden Souza (40:56):
It's worth it.
I hear you, though, cause Icreated my course too, yeah, and
you go back and you're like, oh, okay, that was good for where
she was now, but there's so muchmore that you but we also have
to, you know, give ourself graceand credit because we, like,
crushed it and got our coursedone.
We had, you know, in ourcommunity.
I remember loving your dress somuch in that it looked, it was

(41:16):
like seatbelts right, it waslike the seatbelt material, how
it was all woven in, and at thatpoint I hadn't met you yet, but
I was seeing all the clips andpictures and everything and I
just, yeah, it's obviously moreabout what's on the inside than
what's on the outside, butyou're stunningly beautiful.
So I remember being like, oh, Ilove that.
Look at her dress.
Okay, cool, I'm excited when Iget to connect with her and know

(41:39):
her more.
But, yeah, we'll put all thoselinks to everything that you
mentioned.
And yeah, as Erin mentioned, weare both part of the NABA

(42:08):
community, which stands for theNatural Art of being Alive and
heal and feel and connect andevolve and create and all the
things.
And while some social mediasare cool, I can't discount it
because that's how I built mybrand and my business was on
Instagram, but NABA is a waybetter place to be if you're
looking for stuff that's goingto feed your soul, your mind,
your heart, all of that.
So I'll put all those links inthe description too, if you want
to hang out where Erin and Ihang out.

(42:29):
Yeah, and Instagram.

Dr. Erin Pollinger (42:32):
Dr Erin Hollinger on Instagram too Cool.

Lunden Souza (42:34):
Yeah, I'm going to put all of the.
I always put a little thing inthe show notes with all the
links so that you can connectwith Dr Erin.
Yeah, thank you for you.
Thank you for doing what you do.
It's changed my life and I knowsomeone listening is going to

Dr. Erin Pollinger (42:53):

love of people and your love ofconnecting with people and

(43:16):
through the magic that you are.
