In today’s world the conversation around masculine and feminine energies is louder and more nuanced than ever. In this week’s episode, Dr. Lauryn is joined by Dr. Brian Paris to discuss why he prefers the lens of alpha and omega energies and the essence of each of those. We dive into the importance of internal energetic balance and external energetic polarity, as well as the idea of stillness as the ultimate strength, how we can resharpen society, and a whole bunch more.

Dr. Brian Paris practiced, owned, and operated a chiropractic practice that eventually evolved into an integrated practice with multiple offices. Dr. Paris now helps chiropractors leverage technology to improve their practice with Genesis software. Additionally, he coaches and consults on burnout, helping people recognize, recover, and rebuild.
