I felt like I needed to unplug completely. Don't post, don't even open ANY social media app. I took three weeks of social media detox that completely changed my relationship with it. This break allowed me to redefine my boundaries, but most importantly, it inspired me to implement more effective systems into my daily and weekly routines.
