Founder of the beautiful letterbox flower company Bloom & Wild Aron Gelbard traded in his cushy high-flying career—with his own fancy office and PA—for the uncertainty of starting his own business.
With £30,000 to get his idea off the ground, Aron planted the seeds for his business with 6 am starts at New Covent Garden flower market, and several weeks spent measuring over 1,000 letterboxes to make sure his blooms would fit. And as if there wasn’t enough to learn already, he also had to navigate peak seasons like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, and the logistical nightmares they present.
