Carlee is a Stress Management Mentor who uses Creative Stress Reduction to find ways that works for each individual on Stress Management. After experiencing a traumatic family experience at a young age, Carlee found herself living with Post-Traumatic Stress for 10 years following. After trying mainstream approaches that were suggested to her, she finally reached the solution that was best for her to initiate action and get control of her life. Through her work, Carlee has found her purpose and mission teaching about stress management and recovering from difficult, triggering situations.
