Together with Pamela J. Campbell, Life Coach and Motivational Speaker, and one of our returning Support Group Leaders from April 2020's support group and workshop, "From Pain to Possibility: Addressing Past Trauma to Step Into Possibility," we're talking perspectives on thinking about your story, healing instead of running from pain, and how to create a new narrative.

Offering a recap of the event's discussion topics and questions, Pamela takes you through examples of pivotal moments in her life and exercises from her workshop, From Pain to Possibility, to help us create change in our lives, identify new intentions and see new possibilities without operating from our pain, anger or trauma.  She recalls situations of her own story that she could not let go of after experiencing abuse and how her transformational training and practice for her own healing process worked to serve as the catalyst to her spiritual journey.  Pamela's uplifting energy throughout our discussion is the empowerment we need to tap into our power of choice and figure out what we really want.

*TW: Talk will include mention of abuse, sexual assault, self-harm, suicide and mental health issues including post-traumatic stress.

"I get to create what tomorrow looks like, what today looks like, and there is comfort in that."
