Courtney is a serial creator with experience in the fashion industry and with live performance. New to fiction writing, she takes us through her both her creative process and her evolving process with her mental health while executing things that can bring on fear and blockages, taking risks, accepting the uncertainty, and speaking up to do things to make sure your soul is fulfilled.

 

Courtney shares about how Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helped her Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, which she was diagnosed with as a teenager, her Anxiety and Depression.  Sharing about her new story told through the characters in Sentience, she also shares about her personal story and the tools that continue to guide her in rewriting it from a negative story to one of motivation to create a life for herself filled of the experiences she wants while learning to recognize she is deserving of that.
