In this episode of the Strategic Multifamily Investing Podcast, I have an in-depth legal conversation with In-depth Legal Conversation with Syndication Attorney Steve Rinaldi.
Steven Rinaldi has had his own law firm in downtown Bethesda concentrating on business law matters and intellectual property matters since September 2005. I handle all transactions on a flat fee basis. I estimate the number of hours of work that is necessary to complete a particular transaction, as well as any state and federal filing fees. I do not exceed the quoted estimate, unless you request additional services. I handle:
• Private offerings of securities • Angel investment • Venture capital • Franchising • Mergers & acquisitions • Business agreements • Technology licenses • Entertainment agreements • International business transactions • Export control matters.Prior to September 2005 he was software licensing attorney for Mercury Interactive. He also was the Associate General Counsel of the American Bankers Association, and was responsible for all business agreements for a $30 million dollar a year division of the Association.
