If she’s not coming and your first thought is “she’s just hard to please” — it’s time to rewrite the script.

Arousal isn’t guesswork. It’s science you can feel with your hands.

In this video, I’m breaking down the real physiological signs of arousal — including vaginal tenting, pelvic floor engagement, and breath/body shifts — so you can learn to read her body like a map and build the kind of orgasm she doesn’t forget.

You’ll learn:
✨ How to recognize when her body is opening up and ready
✋ What vaginal tenting is and how to feel it
💓 How to sync your rhythm to her arousal (instead of guessing)
🫁 How breath and subtle movement give you real-time feedback

When you stop guessing and start listening to the body, you stop hoping for her orgasm… and start making it inevitable.

SPEAKER_00 (00:01):
Do the sex.
I'm Annette Benedetti, host ofthe podcast formerly known as
Locker Room Talk and Shots.
The show has a new name, TalkSex with Annette.
But at its core, this is stillyour locker room.
It's where we strip away shame, get curious, and speak the
unspoken about sex, kink, dating, pleasure, and desire.

(00:22):
Around here, nothing's offlimits.
These are the kinds ofconversations we save for our
boldest group chats, our mosttrusted friends, and of course,
the women's locker room.
Think raw, honest, and sometimesunapologetically raunchy.
If you've been here from thebeginning, thank you.
And if you're new, welcome to mypodcast where desire meets

(00:43):
disruption and pleasure becomespower.
Now, let's talk about sex.
Cheers.
Today's Talk Sex for the Nettopic is how to read her body so
she actually orgasms.
If she is not climaxing duringintimacy and your first thought

(01:04):
is, she's just hard to please, Ineed you to stop right there.
Because in most cases, it's notthat her body is broken or not
working.
Nothing is wrong with her.
It's that you're missing themap.
Arousal for people with vulvasand women is a full-body
multi-system experience.

(01:25):
And if you know how to read thesigns, you can take them from to
oh my fucking god duringintimacy without a single guess.
Today I'm breaking down how toactually read her body, the real
physiological signs of arousal, the vaginal changes you can feel

(01:48):
with your fingers, and whyunderstanding them will make you
unforgettable in bed.
And more importantly than that, what I'm going to teach you
today is going to give you theultimate confidence when you are
in bed with a woman.
If you can read her body, youcan give her the kind of

(02:08):
intimate experience and climaxshe will never forget.
And if you want hands-onguidance for how to find and
stimulate the G spot, A spot, and clitoris, my demos are
waiting for you on my OnlyFansand Substack.
So before we dive in, I want toremind you that you can find me

(02:28):
on OnlyFans and there.
I'm sharing my sex and intimacyhow-tos and demos and my audio
guided self-pleasuremeditations, along with the
opportunity to get a littletaste of what sex and intimacy
coaching are like, because Iwill be offering an opportunity
for you to ask one-off questionsthere if you are not ready to

(02:49):
dive into a full regimen ofcoaching.
You can also find all this andmore over on my Substack, except
for, of course, the demos andthe coaching.
And you can find me in bothplaces by my handle at TalkSex
with the net, or you can scrolldown to the show notes and
you're going to find the linksto everywhere you want to find
me there.
And I'm excited to see youthere.

(03:09):
But for now, let's dive in tohow to make her come.
We're going to start with theorgasm gap.
Listen, guys, the orgasm gap isreal.
95% of men orgasm duringpartnered intimacy compared to
just 65% of women inheterosexual encounters.
But here's the kicker thosenumbers flip in relationships

(03:30):
where there's more foreplay andmore communication and more body
literacy, which is what we aregoing to be talking about today.
Too often, people focused onpenetrative intimacy chase
friction, not physiology.
Meanwhile, her body is givingclear signs when it's opening
up, ready, and craving presence, not performance.

(03:55):
Arousal for people with vulvasis not linear.
It's blood flow, muscularchanges, physiological buildup,
and every bit of that shows upin her body long before she says
a word.
Her body will tell you whenshe's ready, if you know what to
feel for.
Think less about thrusting andmore about decoding.

(04:19):
So let's talk decoding.
What her body is telling you isimportant.
And this is where most peoplehaving penetrative intimacy with
Vulva owners completely misswhat's happening.
Arousal isn't just wetness ormoaning, it's measurable,
physical, and yes, you can feelit with your fingers.

(04:42):
And the easiest way to do thatis stimulate her G spot or her A
spot and pay attention.
Look for the following fourphysical signs.
Number one, tenting, theinternal opening up.
As arousal builds, the uppertwo-thirds of the vaginal canal

(05:02):
expand and elongate.
This is vaginal tenting.
Sometimes it feels a bit like aballoon swelling on the inside.
Here's why it matters it's oneof the clearest signs that the
body is preparing for deeperpleasure.
So, how do you feel it?

(05:24):
Slide one or two fingers inside, palm up.
At early arousal, it'll feelsnug and shallow.
The cervix is going to be lower.
As arousal builds, the canallengthens and you're gonna feel
a subtle upward movement.
That's your green light, butalso your invitation to go slow

(05:46):
and let their body bloom.
Tinting isn't just sexy, and itis sexy, it's also science.
The second sign I want you tolook for is pelvic floor
engagement or the squeeze.
The pelvic floor is one of theclearest indicators of rising
arousal.
The PC muscles start to pulseinvoluntarily during turn-on and

(06:10):
contract more intensely asorgasm nears.
So here's how you're gonna feelit.
With your fingers inside, especially at the G spot or A
spot, pause.
You'll feel subtle squeezes orrhythmic pulses.
That's the orgasm buildingbeneath your hands.
When you can feel the pulse, they're already halfway there.

(06:33):
And remember, if you're not surehow to find a G spot or the A
spot, I have full podcastepisodes and actual demos you
can watch here on YouTube and onmy OF page.
So make sure to check them outif you're not sure.
Those tiny squeezes are her bodygiving you a play by play.

(06:58):
So now we're on to the thirdthing you should be looking for,
and that is clitoral andexternal signs.
So before internal changes kickin, blood flow to the clitoris
and vulva increases.
The clitoral glands swell, getting more sensitive, and the
labia engorge.
The whole vulva warms andsoftens.

(07:20):
A simple way to feel it is tocup your hand gently over the
vulva and let it warm into yourtouch before anything else.
If you want to learn how totouch the clitoris without
overwhelming it, and if youspecifically want to learn my
cupping technique, I've got astep-by-step demo that covers it
all.
You can literally feel theirblood flow change.

(07:44):
Alright, the fourth thing I wantyou to look for that is a clear
signal that she's aroused andheading towards climax are
breath movement and sound.
Arousal shows up in breathbefore words.
So what you're gonna hear isshallow breathing, deeper
breathing, sharp exhales as theyclimb.

(08:05):
Hips are gonna shift towards youwhen you're doing something
right.
It's almost like an invitation.
And there are going to be soft, involuntary sounds that spill
out before dirty talk kicks in.
So sync up with that energy.
If the hips lean in, hold yourrhythm.
If the breath catches, don'tswitch it up.

(08:27):
You don't need to guess when tospeed up or slow down.
Their body is gonna tell you.
Okay, I've given you the foursigns, signals, physical cues to
look for in order to know thatyou're doing something right and
that you are well on your way togiving her a climax.
So, how do you respond to whatyou're feeling?

(08:47):
Most people sense these shifts, but don't adjust.
They keep moving like they're ona timer.
Instead, when tending starts,slow down.
Let them open up around you.
When the pelvic floor engages, mirror it.
Match that pulse.
When breath shifts, sink yourpace.

(09:09):
When they're arching or pulsing, stay consistent.
Don't switch up when they'recrusting.
Most people lose the orgasmbecause they don't know what
they're feeling.
And if you want to learn how tokeep the rhythm locked in, my
tutorials on the G spot and Aspot show you exactly how to
hold the sweet spot.

(09:30):
So here's my sexual sciencesnapshot.
Masters and Johnson documentedthe four stages of sexual

response (09:37):
excitement, plateau, orgasm, and resolution.
Tinting happens in theexcitement and plateau before
climax.
Blood flow increases up to 50%in genital tissue during
arousal, and clitoral swellingis a more reliable sign of
readiness than verbal cues.

(09:58):
The pelvic floor contractionsare part of the orgasmic reflex
well before climax.
Science backs what your fingersalready feel.
So here's your new big Ostrategy.
Number one, start with externaltouch.
I'm talking full body clitoralteasing.

(10:20):
Number two, read the signs, tinting, warmth, pelvic
squeezes, breath.
Three, respond, mirror, match, and follow through.
Four, build waves.
Don't chase the finish line.
Hold her there and arousal.
She'll appreciate it.

(10:40):
And five, let her body lead.
When you stop trying to forceit, you make it inevitable.
The orgasm isn't something yougive them, it's something you
stop getting in the way of.
The difference between intimacythat fizzles and intimacy that
makes someone crave you isn'tmagic.
It's anatomy, attention, andtiming.

(11:02):
And when you start reading theirarousal cues, you stop hoping
they climax and you start makingit inevitable.
If you would like more contentthat locks into each of those
physical cues and tells you howto respond precisely, drop a
more please in the commentsection below this video on my

(11:27):
YouTube channel atTalkSexWithanette.
If I get enough responses, Iwill create a video for each of
these physical cues that tellsyou exactly what you should do
as soon as you feel them happen.
So remember that's more pleasunder the comment section of my
video on YouTube at Talk Sexwith Anne.

(11:50):
And look, if you want thespecific demos that show you how
to do all the things I mentionedabove, including finding and
stimulating the G spot and Aspot, also how to touch the
clitoris, I have full how-tovideos and tutorials, meaning
demos, here and on my OF page.

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
