Terror in Wichita: A Story of One Woman’s Courage and Her Will to Live, exposes the true story of Jonathan and Reginald Carr. The brother’s crime spree included assault, car-jacking, kidnapping, robbery, rape, torture and murder. Their victims, all upstanding members of the Wichita community, were simply in the wrong place at the wrong time.
