March is Women's History Month, an annual observation of all the amazing things women have done to contribute to society. And then there's this one day called International Women's Day, highlighted every March 8th, celebrating Women's Rights! Now I have my own feelings about women's rights because what rights!! but that's not what this episode is about. This episode is about "inspiring inclusion".
