Sasan focuses his practice on Corporate Tax, ASC 740, Consolidated Corporate and Multi-State tax compliance, Transaction Advisory Services, Income Tax, Partnership Tax and State & Local Tax.
When Sasan joined Frazier & Deeter in 2007, he started in the Atlanta office. In 2014, he moved to Nashville to assist in expanding the firm’s footprint. He is responsible for the preparation and review of his clients’ federal and multi-state income tax filings, income tax provisions (ASC 740) and accounting for uncertain tax positions. As a leader in our tax group, Sasan specializes in providing income tax planning and transaction advisory services to his clients. He is a member of the firm’s healthcare industry group and technology industry group.
