They are the authors of The Greens' Dilemma, a framework for understanding how our regulatory regime is inhibiting our capacity to confront resilient infrastructure, what the stakes are, and what to do about it. The Biden administration has made both infrastructure investment andresilient infrastructure mitigation top priorities, and this issue sits at the intersection of both of those. Understanding it is key to understanding our path to decarbonization and ensuring this transition is successful.
