the schedule, the family, thefreedom.
Take it from me, a daydreamerwho didn't think it was possible

(00:22):
to write her own rulebook onhow to reach success, but here I
am creating massive impactwhile having fun, and my cash
flow is increasing because of it.
I'm here to show you it'spossible for you.
I believe when you mixenergetics and strategy, you can
have everything you desire, andquicker than you would expect.
If this is your vibe, hold on,because we're about to become

(00:43):
business besties.
Let's dive in.
Hello and welcome back toanother episode of your inner
CEO, and I am coming to you hotwith some money mindset tips
Really the nitty gritty.
Like I am pulling back thecurtain and telling you
literally everything where I'vebeen able to close out my first

(01:07):
year in business at almost$100,000, which is epic for
someone who is brand new atdigital marketing and I have
doubled my income sinceimplementing these practices.
And everything I'm telling youtoday really started in May of
this year, so like halfwaythrough this year, and then it
didn't really kick into motionuntil August.

(01:31):
So it's wild.
So buckle up.
This is going to be a reallyfun episode.
So first things first, Istarted to have shifts happening
when I started playing aroundwith signs, synchronicities,
angel numbers, things like that, spirit guides.
I started to tapping into allthat.
In May I reference all of thatin the signs and synchronicities

(01:52):
episode with Jess.
She's amazing and you canreference that.
I can always link that in theshow notes.
But in August I don't know whathappened.
But again, I got this intuitivehit to go sober for 30 days, no
alcohol and no sugar, like Iwanted to remove pretty much all
distractions, and in that timeit was just like download after

(02:15):
download.
It's like my brain was finallyclear, essentially just getting
like download after download.
These little intuitive hitsnudges.
If you will, like you shouldtry this and you should try that
, and I'm going to give that allto you today.
And if you like everything I'mtalking to you about today, you
want to check out my $11 moneymaker guide in the show notes to

(02:35):
like really identify where yourhome base is for you to improve
your money mindset it's $11.
There's no like secret, hiddenupsell or something.
It's just my opportunity tohelp you make more money, and
you can't make more money ifyou're literally blocking it
around, your belief around it.
And I'm actually learning that.

(02:55):
I think this is my my Dharma.
My purpose is to actually teachpeople about money.
I've been obsessed with moneyfor as long as I can live and I
now have been able to figure itout Like I've actually never
been more confident in money inmy entire life than I am now,
and this journey has startedtruly since August.
So let's dive into it.
First things first, I had toidentify where my money mindset

(03:17):
was.
I'm a girl who always thoughtif somebody was crushing it on
social media, in sales oranything that that meant they
were taking from me like hand toGod.
That's what I believed and thatcould not be farther from the
truth.
So if that were accurate, thatmeans that there's only a

(03:38):
certain amount of money to goaround.
So there's like this figurativepie in the sky, and if someone
has a big slice of pie of money, then that means everyone else
is going to get less.
But I would like to know wherethat pie of money is and how

(03:58):
that would physically even betrue Because I've said this
before in previous episodeswhere they will always continue
to print money.
Our world would shut down ifthey didn't.
So it's funny that, like peoplethink they're going to stop
printing money no freaking way.
And so when I realized thatsomeone winning and crushing it
in sales and just like 10xingtheir income month after month,

(04:22):
actually that has nothing to dowith me and what it's really
doing is, now I can see what'spossible for me, because if this
woman's been able to do it, Isure as hell can, and that
relates to the law of onenesswhat's possible for one is
possible for all.
We're all interconnected.
So if she has it, I can have it, or it's going to happen for me

(04:44):
.
And that little shift haschanged more than I can even put
into words.
Truly, when I started seeingpeople make money and like just
crush it, I'm talking day afterday with like $1,000 days.
Now they're having $5,000 days,now they're having $10,000 days
, literally, when I see that I'mlike I hope it doubles tomorrow

(05:06):
.
Yes, girl, I hope it doublestomorrow.
Keep going, fuck.
Yes, because that means, firstof all, I'm being abundant, I'm
trying to lean into being themost abundant grateful person
ever, because of that law ofoneness, because that means it's
possible for her.
She's shattering records.
I can do it too.
That means it's coming for me,it's in my future.

(05:29):
It is there Like I literallythink it's me.
I'm watching a mirror, eventhough it's not me, but I'm like
, oh, this is my story today.
Look at that, I just had a $10million year.
Look at that, I became amulti-millionaire in 2024.
Look at that, like I literallypretend it's me because our
brain doesn't know thedifference.
It really doesn't know thedifference.

(05:50):
So you might tell yourself, this is woo, this is ridiculous.
You might laugh at me, but I'mtelling you my income is 10xing
over here.
I have doubled it literallysince August.
I doubled what I made from Mayto August, in August to December
this is December 16th that I'mrecording this.

(06:12):
Crazy.
And I don't even count fromJanuary to May because I was
just starting.
I started my business inNovember, officially my digital
marketing business.
So I don't really even countthat, but like it's just
completely exponentializedbecause of all this work that
I'm telling you about right now.
So that's the first thing.
The second thing I identifiedthe programming that I have so
kind of like piggybacking off ofthe comparison and all that,

(06:34):
the pie in the sky.
I identified the programmingthat I had that came from my
parents or even grandparents, that I've adopted from childhood
, from elementary school, fromfriends, from people I look up
to and respect.
And you have to do that.
That is what my $11 Money MakerGuide is all about.
By the way, you've got to seewhere these come from, because I

(06:55):
bet you you adopted thesebeliefs from people you respect.
What if you know someone whomakes a lot of money?
They're well to do, you look upto them and they have beliefs
and so you're like I got tothink like that because then I
can be like them.
Well, that's not necessarilytrue.
Their beliefs does not meanthat if you adopt those beliefs,
you're going to end up amillionaire like them.

(07:15):
That's not true at all.
So you have to get honest withyourself.
And also, this isn't for you tobe like oh my gosh, mom and dad
, like you guys thought this andso now I do this and it blocks
me from money.
That's all I'm saying at all.
Everyone is doing the best thatthey can Trust that Love, that
Choose to look at it like thatthat's only going to help you be
more abundant and that's alsogoing to help you be more
high-vibed.
Frequency of vibration iseverything.

(07:37):
So we can't be holding on tolow-vibed junk that doesn't
serve us at all.
We just have to identify it,process it, choose a new belief,
move forward, look at itdifferent way, reframe it.
And also, like my dad, it painsme and I know my mom listens to
this podcast so she's going tolike laugh.
But, like my dad, his moneymindset it literally pains me

(07:59):
and I've talked about it with mymom before and let me tell you
I was living with my parents, myfamily was living with my
parents for like two, two and ahalf months, and so I had
forgotten my dad's money mindsetuntil being under his roof and
I'm like, wow, it's just like itpains me and my mom would be
like Katie.
His mom, my grandma, was partof the Great Depression, so she

(08:20):
like ingrained in him how likeyou really have to work hard for
money and it's just, it's liketrading time for money only and
it's just so.
I don't know how else to say it.
It just like hurts me becauseit's like it doesn't work like
that.
You just believe it to worklike that and that's why it
works that way.
So this is a nice segue intobeliefs, like if you believe you
have to do something to earnmoney, that's how you will earn

(08:42):
money.
So if you believe you need liketo trade time for your money by
like punching in a time clock, that's how you're going to make
money.
If you believe you can makemoney in your sleep and you
truly believe that you're nottelling yourself an affirmation,
you have to believe it thenthat is how you will make money.
And this is fact, because ourbrain doesn't know Anything

(09:05):
other than the emotionalfrequency and vibration that you
react to it.
It's fascinating stuff, and soyou got to rewire your beliefs.
If you want to make more moneyin the least amount of effort or
time possible, you have to workon your beliefs and I don't
want to get tripped up when Isay least amount of effort,
because there is work involvedand nothing is just the easy

(09:27):
street.
You have to do inner work.
So it's not like I have to doall this labor to push through
here or suffer at all.
There is no suffering unlessyou believe you need to suffer
or exhaust yourself in order tomake more.
These are all beliefs.
So the work is truly internalpersonal development work and
figuring out where yourlimitations are around that

(09:50):
dollar amount, and rewritingthat narrative to where the old
one that you grew up with nolonger feels natural.
The new one that you havewritten down understood and
identified where that story camefrom.
Like do I really have toexhaust myself to deem myself
worthy of a raise?
Do I really have to spend allthese hours on social media just

(10:11):
to make a sale?
Like do I really, or is whatI've done good enough and I get
to reap the rewards?
Like, this is the work I'mtalking about, and once you do
that work, that's where you're,like, on easy street, you are
cruising because your beliefsare now in alignment with what
you want.
So that's a big one, a very bigone really tapping into what

(10:34):
your beliefs are and seeing ifthat's actually what you want to
believe and if that's actuallytrue.
So I think, a good segue tohear.
I'm going to jump from the nextone that I had, which is
subliminals.
I'm going to save that one andI'm going to jump to
affirmations, because that wouldbe a good segue from what I
just shared with you aboutbeliefs and I really need to

(10:55):
talk about this one, becausepeople say affirmations are
great.
Let me first start this.
I use them.
I do use them, but people actlike affirmations.
If I memorize them, then thatmeans something.
This isn't a test in highschool that you have to memorize
so you pass that.
You're missing the pointentirely.

(11:15):
Affirmations are supposed totrigger a response.
Affirmations are also supposedto feel like this is reality.
It's supposed to invoke emotion, like yeah, there's confidence
in it.
It's not like I'm a moneymagnet.
Money flows to me and throughme.
I am a magnet to millions.
I'm a millionaire.

(11:36):
It's none of that stuff.
It's like actually money flowsto me and through me like air,
like I breathe air, like it'snot a big deal.
Neutrality is key.
That's where the confidencecomes in, because you're not
giving power to money anymore.
Money has no hold on you otherthan the one you give it to, and

(11:58):
I know that's hard, becausethat's where life comes in.
We have to spend money tosurvive and it kills me Like my
belief, and I am coming out witha money course because I geek
out over this stuff and I loveit.
So stay tuned for that and ifyou want to get on the waitlist
for it.
You can totally direct messageme, but it'll be a fully
self-paced course.

(12:18):
There's not going to be anykind of coaching component to it
.
But some of the advice that Isee out there on social media
from these big people like DaveRamsey I don't agree with.
When, like, you're supposed torestrict what you spend, you use
these words like budget, andthose are all negative things.
Those are words that a poorperson uses, and I'm not

(12:42):
throwing shade at anyone.
I just need to help youunderstand your words.
And the language you useaffects your mindset around
money.
These are things I've learned.
So I don't say things are outof budget.
I say that is not an alignmentwith my finances right now.
That's actually what I say.
That is something I will have.
It's not an alignment with myfinances right now.

(13:04):
I don't say anything else.
I'm not saying that's tooexpensive because that makes me
sound like I'm not worthy of itor I can't afford it.
I'm never going to say thatit's just not, it's not right
now.
That doesn't mean it's never.
It's just not right now.
Like, yeah, the boat I want.
It's not an alignment with myfinances right now.
So the words you use are reallyimportant and affirmations.

(13:25):
I want you to use them, but Iwant you to use them and believe
them You're not just memorizingit or saying it a certain
amount of times to where youthink that it means it's going
to come.
It's believing it and havingconfidence in it.
Okay, let's switch gears tosubliminals, which is probably

(13:45):
my secret weapon.
I think it's everymillionaire's secret.
Maybe I don't know if that'strue, but I feel like it has to
be, because it's changedeverything from the money I have
been falling asleep tosubliminal messaging since
August, every night, everysingle night, and you're
probably going to ask me whichones direct message me.
I'm happy to tell you.
But, honestly, you can findsome on YouTube, but go with a

(14:06):
credible source.
I would not just listen to anyof them.
Like, they have to have a legitfollowing and look at the
comments.
Do people get results or dothey not?
Because there has been somefishy things going on where
people are actually fillingsubliminals with low-vibes stuff
, which is pure evil to me.
So you can't just listen to anyof them, even if some get

(14:28):
suggested up.
Like, vet these creators out, don't just listen to any of them
.
This is so important, okay, andI can give you the ones that
work for me.
But again, this is your journeyLike, what works for me might
not work for you, and I tell allof my one-on-one clients this
right now, where it's just likeyou've got to find what works
for you that is so, so clear butsubliminal messaging.

(14:50):
You can use some to fall asleepat night or during the day
while, like, having in thebackground there are rain,
noises, ones, there are a lot ofsoothing sounds that you can
just literally have playing, andit's subliminal.
So it means that you can't hearthe words that they're saying.
And there's been studies aboutthis where, like, what you
consume could have subliminalmessaging in it and you would

(15:11):
have no idea.
And that's why you have to bereally careful with what you
consume, like entertainment,reality TV.
I mean, your girl loves realityTV, like don't get me wrong,
but it is programming me tothink that women are
backstabbing or I'm not prettyenough, skinny enough, like.
That is why we have to bereally on lock with our mindset
as we are doing things that weall want to do, because we're

(15:33):
human at the end of the day.
I would never tell someone tonot watch TV or listen to
anything Like that's not living.
But you got to then rememberlike if you're watching too much
, you start behaving or thinkinga different way.
That's because you're beingprogrammed by what you're
consuming.
You following me.
So that's really really key.
But subliminal messaging can beso amazing and the reason why
it's really powerful at night isbecause when you're sleeping,

(15:54):
your subconscious is alwaysrunning, always.
Our conscious is asleep, that'swhy we're asleep, but the
subconscious is still runningand 95% of our brain is made up
of the subconscious.
We only work off of theconscious, which is the 5%.
So you need to rewire the 95%of your brain and the best way
to do that is when you're asleep, when it's awake and there is
nothing interfering it with theconscious, because our ego lives

(16:16):
in the conscious.
So I know I'm kind of getting alittle like scientific here,
but it's important for you toknow.
And the most vital thing iswhen you're asleep.
Time to reprogram yoursubconscious is five minutes
before you go to bed and fiveminutes as you wake up, because
you're coming out of the wavesof your brain, the brain waves

(16:37):
that are easily like it'sneuroplasticity.
We're able to, like, change thepathways, to believe and
operate as something else, andthis is gonna trip you out.
But before I go to bed, Iliterally review my day in my
mind and it's a made up day.
So, say, had the worst shittyday ever which I've had some

(17:00):
lately, because we just moved toTexas and I'm solo with the
kiddos and time, just, I don'thave any of it right.
But I don't lay down and reviewmy day and how difficult it was
and then drift off to sleep, because that would be the
narrative that I would give mysubconscious right before I go
to sleep.
It would be like oh, such a badday and so, okay.

(17:24):
The subconscious is like thisis what she's thinking about.
I need to give her more of this.
That's the law of attraction.
Instead, what I do is Iliterally make up my perfect day
and it changes every day, everynight.
Sometimes it's the same night, same thing, night after night,
sometimes it's not.
And one of my favorite favoritethings to do before I go to

(17:45):
sleep Is in my mind, my eyes areclosed, I'm literally about to
drift off to sleep and I pretendI'm counting one hundred dollar
bills, like stacks of tens ofthousands dollars, and I'm
counting them.
And this takes a lot ofpractice, because I haven't ever
cashed ten thousand dollars.
Like to count.
I mean, I have expenses, I havesavings accounts.

(18:08):
You know what I mean.
Like I do well, but it's likeI'm not doing that.
I'm not a millionaire yet, andso I literally have studied this
.
This is what I've done in myfree time.
So this is what I mean by likepeople who, like, hit the
jackpot in their business andwhat they're doing.
They do this work.
They get very familiar withmoney, they become neutral with

(18:30):
money and they trick their brainto believing that they're there
, because reality will onlycatch up to that because of the
law of attraction, the law ofvibration and the way the brain
works.
So these are things people talkabout a lot.
Usually this is stuff peoplecharge for, and I'm literally
giving it to you for free rightnow because I want More good

(18:50):
people to be making money sothat the world becomes a better
place, and I think, more goodpeople with money we can make
more of a difference.
So simple messaging is amazing.
And then the last thing of mybreakdown here is every thought
I have around money is alwayspositive.
I'm talking Always positive ifI get an unexpected bill, which

(19:13):
we have with the house, when westill have to get some things
like fine tune or fix.
There's been change orders leftand right.
There's money coming left andright that we weren't even
anticipating.
We're like, wow, good thingwe're in the position we are and
able to pay for all this, unless it be very stressful.
But I literally always pretendthat amount is actually getting
deposited into my bank account, even though we are charging our

(19:35):
card for something, we'rewriting a check for something.
I literally am pretending thatit's coming back to me ten times
the amount that I just wrote itto.
Yeah, so like a hundred dollars, okay, I'm gonna see a thousand
dollars pretty soon.
A thousand dollars, I'm gonnasee ten thousand dollars pretty
soon, and I believe that.
I literally believe it.
I am neutral to everything.
I don't care how much is thecost, all right, the check I'm

(19:56):
not.
Oh no.
Like should I give a twentyfive percent tip or twenty
percent tip?
Should I give a twenty percent, ten for eighteen percent tip
like this?
The five to ten dollars evenfucking matter.
Like I've actually always beenthat way.
That's even something myhusband says.
Like I always believe that thisperson needs this tip more than
I need this money.
Like this person needs thetwenty five percent rather than

(20:17):
the twenty percent that I wouldkeep.
You know I'd save that fivepercent and not give it.
All of these things arerestricting money, kind of going
back to like the day for emceecomment.
When you operate in a place oflike lack and scarce, like
you're, you're giving but you'rekind of giving it blocks money.
Now don't take this out ofcontext, where I'm like telling
you to go spend crazy money outof your Alignment with your

(20:41):
finances I was gonna say budget, but trying to stay positive
here and have you follow alongwith me, I'm not saying that at
all.
I'm just saying think Withabundance with every time you
swipe your card, every time youwrite a check, every time you
are giving out cash.
Like just think with abundance, because it's like you know when
you're like giving a tip andyou're like, okay, I'm not gonna
give those two extra dollars orsomething like Like the two

(21:04):
extra dollars you holding on tois gonna make that big of a
difference.
So that's why I always round upwith tipping.
I'm always just thinking thereis more where that came from and
I can't remember who actuallyfounded that.
Like I did not come up withthat.
But I listen to so many, so mucheducation around money, where
they always are saying that, like every time they start the
credit card, like there's morewhere that came from, there's

(21:24):
more with that came from.
Because there is there reallyis you just need to be a match
for money so that it can flowinto nonstop.
And the way to be a match isbecoming so neutral to it.
Like when I get a check, Idon't jump up and down like,
yeah, paydays are fuckingawesome, but it's nothing.
It's like okay, there's somenumbers in my bank account, cool

(21:45):
, it's gonna change tomorrow, because money comes and goes all
the time.
You need money to live.
So why are we freaking out aboutwhen something cost money?
Because more money is alwaysgonna come in.
Like it's impossible for it tonot come in because you've been
operating at a level where youalways have had a roof over your
head.
You've been operating at alevel that your bills are always

(22:05):
paid.
Like Maybe you have credit carddebt, but still your bills are
paid.
Like are you following me?
So you have an energeticminimum that you're not gonna
lower, because you can't fathomgoing lower, and that energetic
minimum could be tens ofthousands of dollars in your
bank account all times that yousee it always, or it could be it

(22:25):
always gets to an amount thatsome people would think is
appalling.
Like what, if you're at the endof every month?
Your bank account always endsat like the five hundred dollar
mark, or maybe it's worse andit's a negative number, but you
never go below that negativenumber.
Like, everyone has theirenergetic minimums and it's your

(22:46):
standard, it's your beliefsystem.
So trying to think in abundanceis literally the best way to go,
and I've noticed a huge shiftin doing that myself.
The biggest one is like beingneutral to everything.
So those are literally thethings that I have done and
continue to do every single dayand I'm seeing results because

(23:06):
of it.
So I would love to hear howthese land for you when you
start trying them and just keepgoing.
And if you miss a night orsomething, don't freak out.
Remember there are no mistakes.
You cannot make a mistake andit's all an experiment and it's
fun, and when I started lookingat it like that, everything got
more fun and better and it'slike I opened up my energy and

(23:29):
frequency Invitation to receivemore, because it wasn't such a
life or death situation, so Itrust this helps.
I'm really excited to have allthe conversations about this.
So those are my tips and Ireally think that this is
fitting talking about this as wekick off into the new year 2024
.
I can't even believe that it'shere.
I've had this podcast over ayear, almost a year and a half.

(23:52):
It's so wild.
I'm so blessed.
It's so fun.
You need to start a podcast ifyou feel called and if you're
getting anything out of this.
If you could be so kind to leaveme a review.
It really helps me out.
It helps, you know, ifanybody's listening getting
something out of it.
I pour my heart and soul intothis and I only plan to do more
and go deeper and, honestly, I'malso open to any topics you

(24:15):
want me to cover.
If you have any questions, Ican make podcast episodes about
it, so just let me know.
I would love to help in any wayI can, and I'm so excited
you're here, and so that is itfor this week and I will catch
you here next week.
Bye, thank you so much forlistening.
It's my mission and goal tohelp as many women as possible,
so if you love this episode, Iwould so appreciate you taking a

(24:38):
screenshot and sharing it withyour business bestie or on your
