Melani and Kevin Taillon, are the owners of Fire & Spice Bistro, the restaurant is a full service New American Bistro offering an eclectic mix of cuisines from around the country, from what is known as America's melting pot.  The have a full bar, you can dine in, take out or dine on the pation when weather permits.
