Greetings friends, this episode is the one that shines the light into every corner of our being. The light of truth as we look honestly at our own thoughts and behaviors. The ego is easily spotted in others as we cast judgement. Now is the time to be fully self-accountable, and truly see the voice in our heads for what it truly is. Facing this reality and doing the deep dive within ourselves is both scary and truly liberating. In this episode, Bryan and I discussed many egotistical traits. The ego’s foundational blocks that we each possess can be understood and deconstructed. This idea was first explored in the previous podcast Foundation episodes. Let’s look and attempt to see yourself from the outside. Then, try to see your thoughts and actions from the inside. Are we even truly aware of our ego? Let’s look inside owning your ego and exposing it fully. You will realize triggers can truly be a treasure. The only way out of the ego’s grip is through it. This reality will be a true test of will, perseverance & desire to be the best version of yourself.
