Hello, my friends and welcome back to The Conscious Cafe! It has been more than a moment since I recorded an episode, but I am so excited to be back behind the mic!
Today on the show, I'm sharing about some things I have been experiencing in my own life. As I flow through four jobs, full-time nursing school, social interactions, and more, my understanding of who I am has shifted dramatically. I've been experiencing some radical shifts, both in my perception of self and identity, and in a lot of past grief, trauma, and emotion I have been holding on to. The first half of today's episode is dedicated to exploring my own inner journey, from self-love to healing trauma to enlightenment and more.
The second half of the show is dedicated to The Council, and answering your amazing questions! Channeling The Council is always a joy, but today their energy was particularly poignant in the answers they shared.
