Hello and welcome back to The Conscious Cafe! Today marks Day Seven of the 30 day challenge, Joy to the Soul. Each day, I will be detailing my experiences and answers to the prompts, and I hope you will join me!

Here are the Day Seven prompts if you want to follow along:
Journal Prompt: Do a stream of consciousness on how this limiting belief makes you feel. Leave nothing out- both the good and the bad. Limiting beliefs often make us feel awful, but they also give us some beneficial feeling- otherwise we would have let them go by now.
Gratitude Prompt: What is your favorite sound, smell, and/or taste in the world?
Mantra: I am letting go of old, negative beliefs that are holding me back. I am free from worry and regret.
Quotes: Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself you have built against it. -Rumi
Life is painful. Change is painful. Growth is painful. But in the end, nothing is as painful as being stuck where you don’t belong. – Angel and Marc Chernoff
Never forget that walking away from something is brave, even if you stumble a little on your way out the door. -Mandy Hale
Question: What do I need the most today?
Challenge: Do something creative- paint, write a poem, dance, collage, intuitive action, anything that sparks your creativity.
