Here are the Day Six prompts if you want to follow along:

Journal Prompt: Write a letter to your younger self, the one you were when you first held onto your limiting belief. (This prompt is one of my favorites, but it can be extremely intense and emotional, so be sure to take care of yourself through this process).

Gratitude Prompt: Think about what you favorite thing to do was when you were younger.

Mantra: Inhale the present, exhale the past. I am releasing what was before and stepping into the now.

Quotes: When your past calls, don’t answer. It has nothing new to say. -Unknown

Stop shrinking yourself to fit into places you’ve outgrown. -Unknown

If you want to fly, give up everything that weighs you down. -Buddha

Question: What is the most nourishing thing I can do for myself today? (Go do it.)

Challenge: Spend five minutes or more doing what you loved to do as a kid.
