Alright, who is double checking this kitchen to make sure we didn't severely mess up. Not the quality control department, the other team that ensures we didn't royally miss a law or regulation. Let's focus on them today. When we talk the kitchen it's the FDA, but at your place of work it could be a different regulatory body.
