We are recording our 100th episode with another brand's Anniversary sauce. Down to Ferment has been a staple of our podcast and they have a new Harissa Style Mustard hot sauce that is available now. We we re excited to try this and the first entry of their limited "One Pump Chump" series. This week we revisit a few sauce makers from our 3 season of the podcast. We have a honey habanero that will take over the chicken and waffle game or just be drizzled on a pizza while the scotch bonnet brings us that pickily cauliflower based hot sauce we know and love.  It's another great day to try sauce as we discuss ancient instruments, traumatizing movies, and the Bombardier from Baton Rouge.
