Hey, everyone! I'm BACK! I took a month off from podcasting, but it feels good to get back to it, even though I feel a bit rusty. In today's episode, I thought we could talk about boundaries. In my opinion, boundaries are supercritical for our mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. I'm talking about my own personal examples in today's episode, so I hope I won't bore you too much. Overall, it's important to take care of those boundaries and to preserve them.
