It’s no secret that most business leaders will do whatever it takes to make what they are selling sticky so customers keep coming back for more.

Why? Because many companies are competing with others who offer similar products or services while they vie for customer loyalty.

As the battle ensues, it has become common for regular customers to jump ship based moods or whims—sometimes without compelling reasons.

But those changes usually happen based on emotions, which are fickle and changeable.
