Many people go on holidays and completely discard their healthy routine of workouts and eating nutritionally sound foods.
Then 2 weeks go by, returning home with not just a tan, but a nice little fluffy extra layer of 3-5 kilos of excess body fat. Not that there’s anything wrong with that!… But if you’re tired of going on holidays, gaining weight, coming back to routine and starting again, repeating that cycle throughout the year, then these tips will help you!
