We're going to talk about thebasics of manifesting, of

manifestation so that we're allon the same page, because I know
I haven't touched on thatdirectly on the show and today
is a perfect time to do that.
So we're going to be talkingabout the principles of
manifestation, what you need tolearn In order to become a
supermanifester, and just reallyin more an alignment to

manifest everything that you aredesiring to come into your life
.
So first things first, let'sdefine what it means to manifest
.
So first let's go ahead andjust start with what does
manifestation mean and how isthat defined?
Well, a simple definition isthe process of turning your
(01:57):
thoughts and desires intoreality.
As simple as that can sound andmay not feel as easy for you to
manifest everything that youare desiring, especially if
there's some blocks you havegoing on, and we'll talk about
that here in a bit.
But first I want you to take amoment to think about the words
(02:21):
manifesting and manifestation.
What does that mean to you?
What are the first things youthink about when you first hear
those terms?
Do you think like I'm not anygood at manifesting?
Everyone talks aboutmanifesting, it's the new
trending thing, but you know, noone really knows how to do it,
(02:42):
or I don't really believe peopleare actually able to do this.
What are your thoughts?
What is coming up for you?
Once you have that, you know,just keep that there.
Don't allow it to become morethan what it is.
Those are just your thoughts.
Maybe you think manifesting isfun.
Maybe you think it's exciting,whatever those thoughts are and

maybe you have all of thosethoughts.
Maybe you're like I love when Imanifest something, but I'm
also disappointed when I don'tWrite them all out it's super
important to know what yourthoughts are.
This is how we become consciousof our thoughts by journaling,
by processing, by consciouslywriting them out and knowing
(03:26):
like, wow, I didn't know thatgetting free stuff is how I like
to manifest and it feels easy,but when it comes to money, it's
so much harder, or whatever itis that you are struggling to
manifest.
So first, just take a moment,think about what thoughts come
to you when you hear the wordsmanifesting or manifestations or
(03:49):
anything else related to eitherof those two words.
Now, after you do that, I wantyou to take a moment to define
manifesting for yourself.
What does manifesting mean toyou?
Because ultimately, that's whatmatters.
It doesn't matter what I say,what anybody else says out there
(04:10):

You need to define it.
You need to decide what ismanifesting mean to you.
I define manifesting as theprocess of getting the things
that I want right the process,it's not the outcome.
So it's important that when youare defining manifesting or
(04:34):
manifestations, that you knowwhat you are defining for myself
.
It is the process.
Manifesting is the process.
Now I will say, like Imanifested that.
Or you know, I'll say thatabout my kids, they manifested.
So when you use the word ED,then you know, to me that means
(04:55):
that it is actually happened.
So manifesting is in process offor me.
I mean, for you might be like Iam busy manifesting and that
means that it has manifested.
I'm just waiting for it to come.
So define it for yourself whatis manifesting, what is
manifestations?
And start working with thatdefinition for yourself in how
(05:19):
you start to manifest more.
Now the Cambridge dictionarydefines manifest, just the word
manifest, not manifesting tomake something happen by
imagining it and consciouslythinking that it will happen.
That's straight from thedictionary.
Now I agree with it.
(05:41):
But then you also have to haveaction right.
This is taking the action partout of it.
You can't just sit and imagineand think and that it will
happen.
I mean, I have phony with thateasy.
Sometimes it can be, though Iwill say, sometimes you are an
energetic match to what you'retrying to manifest, an energetic
(06:01):
vibration right, like you'reable to match it without
actually doing.
But that takes practice, thattakes time to develop, the
practice to be able to do that.
So, and we'll get there, we'llhelp you get there, to where you
become a supermanifester thatcan literally get into the
(06:22):
conscious vibration of whatyou're desiring to be able to
bring it into your life.
But, like I said, that takespractice.
Yes, it can be that simple, butit takes practice and you have
to be at an energetic alignmentwith what you are manifesting.
So I want you guys to thinkabout thoughts, emotion, beliefs
(06:44):
, right, all of those things areshaping your current experience
.
So, even if you take the wordmanifesting out of this
vocabulary right now, thoughts,emotion, beliefs shape your
experience.
Regardless of whether you are afirm believer of manifesting or
(07:05):
not, you are creating yourreality based on your thoughts,
your emotions and your beliefs.
My reality, my current reality,is the creation of my thoughts,
my emotions and my beliefs.
Your current reality is basedon your thoughts, emotions and
(07:26):
beliefs.
I know that it can sound reallywoo-woo but literally, if your
thoughts are like I can achieveeverything I set my heart to and
your emotions are at a goodvibration of like I'm happy, I'm
happy, I'm motivated, I'menergetic, and then beliefs are
(07:48):
like I have seen the proof thatI can achieve my goals, I
believe in myself, I believe inthe actions that I'm doing.
That's going to shape how I seethe world.
And if it shapes how I see theworld, it also will shape what
comes into my life, akamanifested right, what I'm
(08:10):
manifesting into my life.
So it is super important thatyou know that, even if you don't
foolhardingly believe inmanifesting or that you can
change your reality, you can.
Regardless of where you are inthis process, you can agree with
me that your thoughts, emotionsand beliefs shape your
(08:32):
experience.
If you don't believe somethingis possible, you're not going to
believe that it's possible foryou.
It's that simple.
If you don't believe in it, ifyour thoughts are telling you
you can't and your emotions arein a lower vibration, right when
the whole scale, that wholeepisode I had episode 109 about
(08:53):
raising your vibration and goback and listen to that and see
where your emotions are.
So, speaking of that, we'll goahead and dive a little bit more
deeper into thoughts, emotionsand beliefs.
So your thoughts, the thoughtsyou hold in your mind, carry a
powerful energy.
These thoughts can be bothconscious and unconscious.
(09:16):
They act as seeds of yourfuture experiences.
If you constantly think aboutyour dreams and your goals and
what you're manifesting.
You're going to bring that moreinto your life, right?
You're telling your mind thatyou want to bring more of this
right, especially if you have avisual for yourself, and this
(09:40):
can be like pictures on yourcomputer.
This can be vision boards.
I'm literally looking at myvision boards as I'm saying this
, so it's like making me stopand think.
If you have a reminder, aphysical reminder, of vision
board pictures, whatever it isthat you are wanting to bring in
, you are telling your mind thisis what I want, this is, and
(10:01):
your mind doesn't actually knowwhat's real and what's not right
.
So when you create a visionboard, it is literally taking
that as an actual example ofwhat is going on in your life
and what you want to continue tocreate in your life.
So your thoughts are powerfulseeds to start creating your
(10:22):
reality.
Your emotions this is whereemotions come in.
Your emotions are like the fuelthat propels your thoughts into
action.
So if you are feeling good, ifyou're feeling happy, if you're
feeling motivated, your emotionsare on the higher vibration of
the scale.
You're going to feel excited.
(10:45):
You're going to feel passionateabout your desires.
You're going to feel like I cando this.
Now.
On the other side, if youremotions are more on the
negative end of the spectrum,then they're going to block you
right.
You're not going to have themotivation, you're not going to
want to take the steps tomanifest the things that you are
(11:06):
wanting.
This does not mean that youignore your emotions.
Okay, I've said it before andI'll say it again your emotions
are there for a reason, justlike pain, like physical pain.
If something is wrong with yourbody, your body will tell you
through physical pain.
(11:27):
If something is wrong with youremotional wellbeing, your body
will tell you with emotionalpain, which can be sadness.
So if you are sad when youthink about what you want to
manifest, that tells me, andthat should tell you, that your
(11:49):
beliefs are out of alignment.
When your beliefs are inalignment with what you believe
is possible, your emotions willbe in more in alignment in the
positive not always, so I willtell you.
There are other factors as well.
Life happens.
Life can bring you down.
Whatever's going on in thecosmos can also bring you down.
(12:13):
So be aware that sometimes youwill feel sad and be like I have
no idea why I feel sad.
Place the sadness and do whatyou need to do for yourself when
you're feeling sad.
That's what's important herewhen it comes to your emotions
Do what you need for yourselfwhen you are feeling sad and
(12:36):
have the perfect example.
So yesterday was a pretty goodday for me.
It's cold here in Texas.
Fortunately, it's not gonna becold that much longer.
In a few days it's gonna beback to our normal, warmer
temperatures, which I'm happyabout.
But yesterday was an okay day.
I didn't get to everything thatI would like.
I know when it's cold I don'twanna move my body this much
(12:57):
because it's cold, and so Ididn't get to do everything that
I wanted to do.
I wanted to, and looking back,I'm like well, everything I
wanted to do was also kind ofout there, right, like I wanted
to do all the laundry, I wantedto get to all the dishes.
I went to grocery shopping ontop of doing sessions.
(13:18):
I'm laughing at myself becauseit's like, plus, I was doing
NATO chart reading.
So all of these things that taketime.
The NATO chart readings cantake anywhere from 30 minutes of
like.
I'm like super focused bam, bambam.
Sometimes it'll take me an hour.
Sometimes it'll take longerthan an hour, depending on how
(13:39):
my focus is doing them.
But they take time and, asidefrom taking time, they take
energy, right, like everythingyou do takes energy.
So by the time it was time totake a break, I was like I'm
gonna go pick up my son.
I was tired, I was drained,like my vitality was gone.
Something I'm not talking abouthere, right, we're talking
(14:01):
about thoughts, emotions andbeliefs.
You also have your vitality,aka your energy, and so that was
depleted.
I didn't have lunch because Ihad late breakfast and then I
was like why, don't know, I'mnot hungry and I was really
feeling down, right, I wasdepressing and I was still in my
husband, like I failed you andI must have been like really
(14:23):
expressing my emotions to him,because he called me and was
like what's going on?
Are you okay?
And everyone in my life knowslike I am pretty emotionally
neutral most of the time.
I would say so.
For me to be saying that I amfeeling down or sad is not usual
, but I am also stepping intoembracing.
(14:46):
I don't wanna say I don't feelmy emotions, because I feel them
.
I just wasn't sharing them asmuch.
I was just not sharing and Imean all of my emotions like I
wasn't sharing, like when Iwould get angry.
I wasn't sharing when I wouldget something would make me sad.
I was just like, moreinternally processing all of
(15:06):
that.
And that might be you, andthere isn't anything wrong with
how you decide to process,whether it's in word or
outwardly.
What's most important issharing.
And so, evening came, I did whatI needed to do, right, like
that's what I.
The whole point of sharing allof this was saying that you need
to do what you need to do foryourself when you are feeling
(15:27):
emotions that others mightconsider negative, right, and I
was not feeling great yesterday,and so when I started feeling
depleted, of course my thoughtsstarted going down the spiral of
like why do I believe I canmanifest this right when I'm
working on for November, and youknow, and all of these self
(15:48):
doubt creeping in, right?
So after dinner, which wasabout six or seven, you decided
to just go and rest, watch oneof my training videos, because
I'm doing the trauma informedyoga certification.
And what's funny is that it wasall it was a training.
It was part of the trainingwhere it was everything that
(16:10):
like more the physical part.
It was less of the talking.
I was actually practicing someof the yoga and I'm laying in my
bed watching this and I'm justlike I'm following the breathing
, because I was like I'm tired,I'm not gonna do the actual yoga
, but even just doing thebreathing was enough.
And then I put on some healingmusic on YouTube and I just
(16:33):
really allowed myself to be inthe emotion, versus trying to
push myself, versus trying toshake it off.
And then, about an hour later,I started to feel better.
I got up and I started doingthings.
I actually did some physicalactivity for myself because I
hadn't done it yesterday, andthen I just started doing some
(16:54):
stuff and then I went back.
I didn't push it, though it'sso important that you know that
once you lift yourself up to beat a higher state of like
emotional state, about ouremotional state, that you don't
decide like oh yeah, now I cando my whole list of everything
that I didn't get to do earlier.
No, no, no, let's take it back.
Take it back and allow yourselfto recharge.
(17:18):
You know, show up as you canand then start over.
So this is where, when I sayabout your emotions whether
they're positive and allow youto take action, and whether they
are not positive and what youneed to do for yourself.
Right, think about what youwould do if you have children.
(17:38):
What would you do for yourchildren?
And if you don't have children,you can think back to when you
were young and when you weresmall and how you wish people
had treated you when you werefeeling down, sad, maybe even
angry, like what did you wishsomeone did for you.
So take that, jot it down andhave that available for yourself
.
What do you need to do?
(17:59):
And actually I have that downfor myself.
I wrote down when I feel sad,seek joy.
But I didn't write my examplesof what that meant.
I haven't written it downsomewhere else, so I think
that's funny, but I know what itmeant.
Like I'm gonna rewrite that tosay seek joy by having
self-compassion, taking care ofmyself, right Cause, when you're
(18:19):
feeling sad, I don't want tosee my kids sad, you know.
I want to give them a hug.
I want them to know that theyare loved and just allow them to
feel their sadness so that theycan be able to process it,
release it and move forward.
So let me get us back on track.
We're talking about thoughts,emotions and beliefs.
So the next thing is yourbeliefs.
(18:40):
Your beliefs are the underlyingframework of your reality.
If you believe you are capableof achieving your goals and that
the universe is supportive ofit, then you more and more
likely be successful.
This doesn't mean that you canmanifest everything instantly.
It may take a year.
(19:01):
There's been many times that Ihave literally written down
certain things that I want tomanifest, or 2022, that have
manifested for me this year, in2023.
Reason behind it?
I probably wasn't at theenergetic state that I needed to
be to manifest it and once Iwas, it was like bam, just
happened.
And it was like, oh, this iswhat I wrote down a year ago and
(19:25):
here it is, because sometimeswe have to be in alignment
internally, energetically.
Maybe there's life lessons thatwe need to have happen to us
and process to us like processedthat.
Then we can start manifestingwhat it is that we're trying to
manifest.
On the other side, if you havelimiting beliefs, these can
(19:50):
create self-imposed barriers.
Right, if you have the thoughtsof like I don't believe that
Manifesting is real and it isnever gonna work for you, but
that's actually manifestingright there.
If you say I don't believe it'sreal and then it doesn't happen
, then that's like what it is.
Oh, you manifested that.
So your beliefs?
(20:11):
I'm not gonna go into that muchinto a deep dive in beliefs,
because it's that simple eitheryour beliefs are gonna support
you what you are manifesting, orthey're not.
And if they're not, they'regoing to create the barriers for
yourself, they're going tocreate the procrastination,
they're gonna create the selfsabotage.
So start writing down.
(20:33):
You know what are some of yourbeliefs around manifesting in
general, not even just whatyou're trying to manifest.
Well, what are your beliefsaround manifesting and
manifestations?
Do you believe that it's, youknow, bad to manifest?
Do you believe does it goagainst your religious beliefs?
And it's something you need toprocess so that you can begin to
(20:56):
Heal that right.
And I say heal because sometimesserious beliefs that come from
outside sources that are keepingyou from manifesting what you
want because it feels bad.
You know, people say money isevil.
So then why would you want tomanifest evil?
Money's not evil.
Money just is.
(21:17):
Everything in this world isjust is.
We're the ones that you know,label it, we're the ones that
give it meaning and Decide whatis good and bad.
So now I want you to imagine ifyou have the strong desire to
advance in your career and getyour dream job.
If you're constantly thinkingabout how you're capable, how
(21:40):
you're confident and Trulybelieve that it's possible,
you're more likely to takeaction, you're more likely to
network, you're more likely toput yourself out there and your
thoughts and emotions andbeliefs are aligned with this
goal, then you're gonna havesuccess.
Now, if you don't believe inyourself, you don't feel
(22:00):
confident, you don't actuallythink it's possible for you to
make a certain amount of money,you're not gonna take action,
you're not gonna want a network,you're not gonna want to put
yourself out there and you'regonna spiral down on the
emotional spiral that I sharedin the raise your vibration
episode, which is 109, and soyou know you're gonna go down
that spiral and then you'll needto work to lift yourself up.
(22:23):
We all go down the downwardspiral.
There's Just went down thediamond spiral yesterday and you
know you just have to know what.
You just begin to learn andpractice what you need for
yourself To lift yourself up.
Remember that it is up to you.
It's not up to anyone else oranyone else's responsibility to
(22:44):
lift you up out of your emotions.
You have to start practicingthat.
I gave you examples.
So this ends like an episode.
I probably should do it too.
Essentially, your thoughts andmost and beliefs are the parts
of fright would help create yourmanifestation now.
Next, this builds into the lawof attraction.
(23:07):
So you may have heard the lawof attraction.
You may have heard of thesecret, the book or the movie on
Netflix, and it talks about thelaw of attraction.
Well, what does that mean?
What is the law of attraction?
Simply put, the law ofattraction is the universal
principle that suggests thatlike attracts like Right.
(23:29):
So the energy you put out there, whether through your thoughts,
emotions and beliefs, it'sgonna attract similar energy
back to you.
This is also not just somewoo-woo idea, some esoteric idea
.
It is actually tied to quantumphysics and metaphysics.
So, at the core of the law ofattraction, it's basically
(23:54):
saying the energy you radiate,the frequency you're putting out
there, whether it's positive ornegative, and I just want to
say high or low, it's gonnacorrespond with what you
experience.
Definitely, go listen to episode109, because this is talking
about vibrations and you can go.
Look at the whole emotionalspiral of vibrations and
(24:18):
everything and how, if you areat a higher vibration, money
vibrates.
At a certain frequency you'regoing to attract the money you
want.
And if you are at a lowerfrequency, you're going to
manifest what comes with thoselower frequencies right, you're
going to attract people at thatfrequency.
So what's the role of law ofattraction in manifestation?
(24:38):
It serves as the mechanismthrough which your thoughts,
emotions and beliefs align withyour desires.
When you focus your mental andemotional energy on what you
want to manifest, you're puttinga signal out there,
broadcasting to the universe onwhat you want.
But it has to be more than justyour thoughts.
(24:59):
Your emotions and your beliefshave to be at that same
frequency so that you can alignyour energy and your actions
with your goals.
So consider someone who isdreaming of financial abundance.
If they consistently thinkabout abundance, feel grateful
for what they have and trulybelieve in their ability to
(25:22):
attract wealth, they'll likelynotice opportunities, meet
people and take actions thatlead to financial success.
Right, because they areattracting that.
So that is how the law ofattraction works.
It helps turn dreams intoreality.
(25:43):
So you got to ask yourself areyou aligning with what you are
wanting to attract?
Are you in alignment?
Are your thoughts in alignment?
Are your actions, are youremotions, are your beliefs in
alignment?
So this is where setting clearintentions for your
manifestations are superimportant, and you have to ask
(26:05):
yourself a few questions, right?
What is it that I'm desiringand how am I in alignment with
that?
And what are you desiring?
Is it really what you want todesire, or is it something that
someone else has put on you?
So you have to take the time todecide what you want to bring
into your life, set a clearintention for yourself and then
(26:32):
create some steps for that.
Right, create some goals forthat.
Okay, you can say I want tomanifest more money, but how
much more money?
You know?
I want to manifest a thousanddollars.
Great, you want to manifest athousand dollars.
What do you want that thousanddollars for?
I want that thousand dollars todo a staycation and go on a
mini shopping spree, have agreat dinner and have fun with
(26:57):
my family I don't know at a park, you know, like that creates a
vision, right?
You guys could see what thosethousand dollars were going to
do for me.
So when you are wanting tomanifest more money, you need to
and I hate giving specifics.
This doesn't mean that everytime, you have to have a
(27:19):
specific number in mind.
Perhaps you're a person wholikes to be in the details.
I like to be in the details.
If you're the person likes tobe in the details, do not do
this.
What you need to do is justvisualize the experience,
visualize the feelings and whata thousand dollars would make
you feel like.
For the person who does notlike details, you like to just
(27:43):
be more in the feeling of it Iwant you to create the detailed
plan.
You know yourself, you knowwhat kind of person you are.
If you're a details person, Ineed you to step into the
emotions and the feelings of it,and if you're a feelings person
, I need you to actually writeout the details.
Don't tell me that it's in yourhead, because that doesn't mean
(28:03):
anything.
If it's in your head, it's notexisting in the actual world.
Write it down.
Okay, that's about settingclear expectations.
Now, the other thing I like totalk about is your vibration.
What does your vibration mean?
When you are at the vibrationyou need to be at, you're taking
(28:26):
the action that you need inorder to manifest what you're
desiring.
So to me, when I hear of raiseyour vibration or meet the
vibration, you are at the placewhere you are acting right,
because everything has avibration, everything has energy
(28:46):
.
So if you are not taking actionsteps, you are not at the
vibration of what you want tomanifest.
So you have to take inspiredaction towards what you want to
manifest, towards your goals.
If you're not doing that, thenwhat you are desiring is not
(29:07):
going to manifest.
Of course, they talked aboutbeliefs already.
So it's super important thatwhen you start to have those
beliefs that tell you like youcan't do it, or who do you think
you are by doing XYZ start toidentify those beliefs, ask
yourself do I want to continueto believe this?
Because it's totally up to you?
(29:27):
And yes, self-doubt and fear isgoing to come up.
It will always come up, nomatter where you are in your
manifesting journey.
You could have alreadymanifested $10,000 in your life
and still feel self-doubt, fearand have limiting beliefs.
I still have self-doubt, fearand limiting beliefs, but I
(29:49):
continue to build myself up inthe ways that I'm sharing with
y'all.
These are things that I dodaily to lift my vibration.
At every single level that youmove up, you're going to learn
that same lesson at that level.
So, as I am in my first soAugust, september, october,
(30:14):
november and my first threemonths of living, leaving, not
living.
I guess it's both both leavingand living my entrepreneurial
life.
I am processing what's beengoing on.
I'm not bringing in the sameincome that I was for my 9-5 yet
(30:36):
, but I need to celebrate what Iam.
And I had saved enough money tocover my expenses right, like
if I'd made $0, but every monthI have made money and that means
that the amount that I'm usingin our savings towards covering
(30:57):
our expenses is less than what Ihad saved up for.
Hopefully that isconceptualizing free out right.
So I'll give you an example Ifmy contribution was $5,000 each
month and I saved that right forsome months so that we cannot
have distress out and so I couldbuild my business, and I've
(31:19):
been making about over 3,000 nowin my business to cover the
expenses I mean they still have2k right.
I've been actually been needingto take less, which has been
like amazing, because it's notjust what money I'm bringing in
but other savings that have beenhappening, which I don't
(31:41):
remember if I shared on otherepisodes, but I'll just reshare.
Like I had less insurance thatwe had to pay and there was a
month we didn't have to pay thecar payment because, like we
traded in the car or the Auditears, I know traded in the Audi
for a minivan and I skipped amonth with no car payment.
So that was close to almost athousand dollars because, oh my
(32:04):
gosh, car payment is crazy.
And so you know, just Go backand review what you've been
doing and building your beliefin yourself and see, like dang,
you know, each month theuniverse has been surprising me
because I've been willing toallow it to surprise me Each
month that I am taking the timeto more deeply step into my
(32:29):
manifesting journey and allowingthe universe to provide for me,
versus me trying to takecontrol of everything.
That's another thing aboutmanifesting.
You have to allow yourself tosurrender, you have to allow
yourself to have patience andyou have to allow yourself to be
taken care of in this verymasculine world that negates
(32:53):
saying like you aren't allowedto be in this feminine energy of
receiving it's hard, it's very,very hard and Knowing that you
are worthy of receiving of thedesires that you want.
So have patience and trust thatwhat you are desiring in your
(33:18):
heart is meant for you.
But you had on your heart andsay what I am desiring is meant
for me.
I'm doing the work to bring itin.
So, to recap what I talkedabout today y'all Make your
definition for what manifestingmeans to you.
Manifesting Manifestations, ifanything comes up, if any
(33:40):
self-doubt is popping in as soonas you hear the words
manifesting or manifestingjourney, ask yourself, okay,
what's up with that?
Write it down, process it, workthrough.
It.
