Today I have a guided meditationfor you for manifesting your
dreams and deepest desires.
Go ahead and find a quiet andcomfortable space where you can
feel safe, relaxed and are ableto focus your mind.

Of course, please do not dothis while driving.
You can do this sitting orlaying down, wherever you feel
most comfortable and safe.
So we'll go ahead and getstarted with a progressive
relaxation exercise to help yourelease any stress or tension
(01:26):
that you have in your body.
So go ahead and close your eyesand take a nice deep breath in,
hold it and release.
I want you to go ahead andstart paying attention to your
breath, inhale deeply throughyour nose, counting to four One,
(01:50):
two, three, four and thenexhale through your mouth slowly
also counting to four, three,two, one.
Go ahead and repeat this a fewbreaths and start to feel
yourself becoming calmer witheach breath that you are doing.

In 1, 2, 3, 4, out 1, 2, 3, 4.
In 1, 2, 3, 4, out 1, 2, 3, 4.

We're going to go ahead andstart with your hands.
As you continue to breathedeeply, go ahead and clench your
fists tightly for a few seconds.
Feel the tension in your hands.
Then slowly release your fists,letting go of all the tension.

Feel the warmth and relaxationin your hands as you unclench
them.
Now bring your attention toyour arms and shoulders as you
inhale, gently raise yourshoulders towards your ears,
(03:15):
creating tension.
Hold for a few seconds and thenexhale, as you release the
tension, allowing your shouldersto drop back and relax.
Go ahead and do that one moretime, holding for a few seconds
(03:40):
and releasing the tension.
Now let's focus on your neck.
Gently tilt your head from oneside, feeling the stretch in
your neck muscles, hold for amoment and then slowly return
your head to a neutral positionand repeat this on the other
(04:03):
side, feeling the stretch,taking your breaths with you,
then bringing your head back tocenter.
Now go ahead and move yourattention to your face.
Scrunch up your face muscles bysqueezing your eyes shut,
(04:28):
clenching your jaw.
Hold for a few seconds and thenrelease, letting go of all the
tension melting away from yourface, and continue to breathe
deeply.
Go ahead and focus on yourchest, which is filling up with
(04:53):
air in your lungs.
Hold for a moment, feeling thestretch and tension in your
chest as you're inhaling, andthen go ahead and exhale,
letting go of any tightness,feeling your chest and back
relaxing completely.

Bring your focus to yourabdomen, tying in your abdomen
muscles as you inhale deeply andthen release as you exhale.
Feel the tension, leaving yourstomach, leaving it soft and

relaxed, melting the tensionaway.
Lastly, turn your attention toyour legs and your feet.
Point your toes, tighten yourleg muscles, feeling the tension
.
Hold it for a moment and thenrelease, following your legs and

feet to go limp and relaxed.
Take a few deep breaths andimagine a wave of relaxation
flowing down from the top ofyour head to the tips of your
toes, releasing any remainingstress or tension.
Feel your entire body becomingcalm and at ease.

Take a few moments to enjoy thesensation of relaxation through
your body and gently bring yourfocus to your breath.
And now I want you to imagineyourself standing at the edge of

a tranquil beach, with the softsand beneath your feet and the
gentle sound of the ocean in thebackground.
With every breath you take, youbecome more and more grounded,
more connected to the Earth'senergy.

Now envision your dream as abeautiful radiant light just
above your head.
This light represents yourdesires, your goals and
everything you wish to manifest.
As you inhale, imagine drawingthis radiant light down into the

crown of your chakra, allowingit to fill your entire being
with its warm, vibrant energy.
Feel the light expanding withinyou, eliminating every cell in
(08:22):
your body.
Take a nice deep breath in and,with every exhale, release any
doubts, fears or limitationsthat may stand in the way of
your manifestations.

Let them dissolve into theether, leaving space for
positivity and abundance withinyou.
Visualize the light of yourdream settling into your heart
center it's here within yourheart and that your intentions

are nurtured and yourmanifestations begin to take
root.
Imagine yourself surrounded bya sphere of golden light that
radiates protection, love andunwavering support.
You are safe, you are supported, you are ready to manifest.

Now take a moment to visualizeyourself living your dream.
Imagine every detail the sights, the sounds, the sensations,
the feelings.
Feel the joy, the gratitude andthe fulfillment that comes with

realizing your desires In thissacred space of your imagination

Know that your dreams arealready unfolding.
You are the creator of yourreality and the universe is

working with you to bring yourdesires to fruition.
As you continue to breathedeeply, repeat the following

Embrace the certainty that yourmanifestations are taking shape

Allow your breath to get backto its normal rhythm, feeling
