This is episode 107.
It is part two of ManifestingMade Easy, my simple steps that
I've created.
Remember my magic sauce?
If you listen to the lastepisode, this is what I have
found works for me.
You can take what works for youand start making your own magic

These are my steps that Ibelieve work.
If you do them in thisparticular order, then I'm going
to give you the reasons behindit.
Then you can figure out whatworks for you.
Maybe you want to rearrangesome of the steps.
You repeat some of the stepsmore often.
Really, today's episode is todo a deep dive of the

(01:30):
manifesting steps I'm going totalk about and then how you can
do it and make it your own.
Let's go ahead and do a quickoverview of the steps that I
recommend taking.
You can listen to last week'sepisode where I go a little bit
more into my spiritual journeyand how I got to these stops.

(01:52):
Of course, maybe in a couple ofyears from now, I've revamped
these steps.
Know that.
It is fluid.
It is what is working for menow and what I am sharing with
my clients and everyone onsocial media.
These steps are first acleansing.
You have to cleanse a space.

(02:13):
The next step is an intentionsetting.
Set your intentions Similar togoal setting, but a little bit
different.
Then taking aligned action.
Do you need to take masculineenergy, action which would be
like movement, or do you need itto be more feminine energy,

(02:33):
such as reflection and receiving?
The last step is releasing.
Sometimes this is calledsurrender and closing.
I put releasing and closingtogether because it can be one
in the same, but I amencouraging everyone to actually
do a closing in theirmanifestation.

(02:57):
As I go deep into these steps,I will explain that a little
further.
Let's go ahead and do a deepdive.
Step one is all about cleansing.
What does that mean?
I know when I was having thewebinar, people were like what
do you mean by cleansing?
There are different ways to docleanses and then there are

(03:19):
different parts of you tocleanse.
You have to think of mind, body, soul.
Those are different ways youcan cleanse.
And then actual physical space,the space that you are in.
So if you are going to be in aparticular room, definitely
cleanse the room in a way thatfeels good for you.

(03:43):
Right now I have a bunch ofclutter in my office.
So if I was going to do amanifestation and cleanse this
space, I would declutter and puteverything where it needs to go
and then actually begin theprocess of my manifestation

(04:04):
practice.
So first up is cleansing thespace that you are going to be
in.
This might mean decluttering,this might just be cleaning up,
this may be sweeping.
So, cleanse your physical space.
And then you want to cleanseeach of the different spaces
right in yourself, meaning yourmind.

(04:27):
Okay, how can you cleanse yourmind?
You can cleanse it throughmeditation.
You can cleanse it throughbreathing.
You can cleanse it by tuning inwith yourself, right, putting
your hand on your heart, takinga few breaths and releasing and
intentionally setting that youare going to be there in that

(04:49):
particular moment.
So the first step is cleansing.
Right, that could be your mind,it could be your body.
Maybe you needed to take ashower before doing this.
If you've been at work all day,if you had a busy day, if
you've been around people andyou can just feel a negative
energy around you, you may wantto actually do a physical

(05:11):
cleanse of yourself, which canbe just like a shower.
Just take a shower and I amsaying a shower, not a bath,
because a bath is not a cleansein the same sense that a shower
is right.
You can be in your shower, youcan envision the water, you know
, coming from the top of yourhead and clearing that energy

(05:31):
out, and you can say that, youcan intentionally say that the
shower is cleansing any negativeenergy that has on me, any
energy that doesn't belong to me.
And after you do that cleanse,then you can refresh yourself in
that same shower.
Right, just take off all theenergy and then connect with the

(05:52):
water and ask it to give youany energy that you are needing
or missing and bring back anypieces of you that you have lost
throughout the day, becausethis happens sometimes.
So those are two ways.
You don't have to do all ofthese.
I don't want you to feeloverwhelmed on what you need to

(06:13):
do in regards to cleansing.
Maybe clearing out your roomand the physical space that
you're going to be in is enoughand that's it.
Definitely only pick one or twothat it feels like you need to
do, and I don't want you tothink that you have to do all of
these.
These are different ways ofcleansing and different ways
that you might need to cleanse.

(06:34):
Pick the one that feels rightto you.
So meditation showers you cancleanse this space with an
incense, so incense would beconsidered really good to clear
the air, and air energy dealswith thoughts, so it could help

(06:55):
with releasing some of yourthoughts.
You can do that intentionally,too.
You can actually speak into theincense and say you know, I'm
lighting this incense to clearthe energy here in this space,
in this room, and also to clearany thoughts that are no longer
serving me, any thoughts thatare holding me back.
You're just cleansing the space, cleansing the energy, right,

(07:19):
and so another way to do this isby smudging, and there's
different materials that you canuse for smudging.
I highly recommend looking upwhat is in your area, naturally,
that you can use for smudging,and what is also within your
ancestral lineage.
So I know I talked about thislast time, so I won't talk about

(07:42):
it too much now.
But saging is not an everyone'scultural background and saging
sage itself, white sage inparticular, grows naturally in
Southern California and parts ofMexico.
Again, please choose somethingthat aligns with you and your

(08:04):
cultural background, yourancestral lineage.
Maybe you don't necessarilylive in California, but you had
family that did or ancestralroots that did.
But also just look up othermaterials that are from your
natural area, wherever you'reliving, and see what cause to

(08:24):
you to use as a cleansing smudge.
And there are so many ways.
These that I'm talking aboutare only a few ways to cleanse,
but you can also use otherthings that I'm not talking
about and I don't go into, likeholy water or Florida water, but
waters can also be cleansing.

(08:46):
So just go ahead and picksomething that you like.
And if there's something Idon't talk about, doesn't mean
that you can't use it as acleanse.
It just means that it didn'ttouch on at this time because
there's so many ways to do acleansing.
One of the last things that I'mgoing to share about cleansing
is sound.
You can use sound to cleansethe space.

(09:09):
You can do this using a singingbow.
You can use this with justplain music that is meant to
clear the energy.
You can find this on Spotify,on YouTube, anywhere.
Really, just make sure that youare selecting music that is
going to cleanse the energy andlook up the frequencies.

(09:30):
You can look up frequencies forwhat you are trying to manifest
and that can help cleanse.
And this first step doesn't needto be very long.
It doesn't need to be drawn out.
I want you to feel like, oh myGod, I just want to manifest an
extra $100.
Why do I need to do a 10, 20minute process for that?

(09:52):
And this would be more ifyou're wanting to manifest
something bigger.
But the more that you practicemanifesting in particular steps,
the better that you can get atit, the better you know what
works for you, the better youcan create your manifesting
magical steps and recipe, andthen you can go and be a

(10:13):
super-manifestor.
So step one is a cleanse.
It can be as simple as yousitting down, taking a few
clearing breaths and clearingyour energy and deciding to be
present in that moment.
It can be that simple.
These other options are therewhen you are needing to cleanse
the physical space, yourphysical energy, your energy

(10:38):
within you, your mind, body andsoul.
So those are different ways tocleanse.
Again, pick something simple.
If you're new to manifesting,if you want to do a deeper dive
into your manifesting practice,definitely consider some of the
things that I talked about.
The next step is setting anintention.
It is so important to set anintention for your manifestation

(11:04):
.
A lot of times you might seemanifestation techniques that
aren't necessarily setting anintention.
They might just be like oh,write down an affirmation three
times a day, six times, eachtime that you do it.
I think there's like the three,six, nine method and all of
these things.

(11:25):
So affirmations are great, youcan use that in the next step.
But you want to set an intention.
What's your intention?
I mean, I want to manifest athousand dollars.
Am I just going to jump intothe method without setting an
intention?
What can that mean?
Okay, well, since I shared athousand dollars, what will a

(11:47):
thousand dollars do for me?
So that's what I mean when Isay set an intention.
You are deciding.
Why do you want a thousanddollars?
I mean, who doesn't want anextra thousand dollars, but why
do you specifically want athousand dollars?
So when you are setting anintention, you are matching that

(12:08):
vibration of what you aredesiring with why you wanted.
If you have been struggling tomanifest something, you may not
have aligned that particularwant or desire with yourself,
with your vibration as to whatis the reason inside of you for
wanting that particularmanifestation.

(12:29):
Yes, everyone would like moremoney.
Sometimes, more money is notthe solution to whatever your
problem is, and this is why it'sso important to set an
intention.
Because when you set anintention, let's say that the
reason I want a thousand dollarsis because I want to pay my car
insurance bill.

(12:50):
Okay, if I set the intentionthat I would like to manifest an
extra thousand dollars to payfor my car insurance bill, that
feels overwhelming.
And I do this intention and I'mgoing to give you ways on how
you can set intentions to makeit more tangible.

(13:10):
But let's just go with this.
Currently I'm setting theintention in the feeling of like
I would like to desire an extrathousand dollars to pay for my
insurance and that's I gothrough my whole steps and my
whole process and weeks passedby.
Next thing I know is that myinsurance bill has dropped down.

(13:32):
And if I did the math.
Oftentimes we don't do the mathwhen we get savings.
But let's say, I do the mathand all of a sudden it's a
thousand dollars when you add itup and actually, oh my gosh,
you know, in reflection it's sofunny.
That's funny.
I love how the universe doesthese things for us.
So I actually did write Iwanted to manifest an extra

(13:55):
thousand dollars.
And it's funny.
I brought up this whole carinsurance example because when I
put down that I wanted tomanifest an extra thousand
dollars, definitely it was formy bills, because, you know, as
an entrepreneur full time,having been the I don't want to
say the main provider, becausemy husband provides for us too,

(14:16):
but being the higher earner, Iguess it's the more accurate
term.
Being the higher earner meantthat my business needed to make
sure it and it was covering ourexpenses the same way that it
was before.
And so two weeks ago yeah, twoweeks ago I had wrote down I'm

(14:36):
going to manifest an extrathousand dollars.
And when I'm manifesting smallamounts of money and I know a
thousand dollars is not a smallamount, but when I'm working to
manifest extra money, I'm notnecessarily following these
steps.
These are for bigger things,but in my mind when I wrote that
down.
The reason I would like anextra thousand dollars is so
that we can feel more relaxed,we can feel free and feel like

(14:58):
I'm having to constantly makemoney, because that's not a good
energy to be in and feel in andyou know it's not flowy.
So I wrote that down in a senseof so we can have relief in
regards to paying our bills.
Now, as I'm reflecting on this,I had not taken the time to be
like, oh, did I manifest anextra thousand dollars in that

(15:20):
timeframe?
And now, as I'm talking to youguys, yes, I did, and I did in
the way that I'm talking to youall about the car insurance.
So I traded in my Audi for aminivan and I was a little
disappointed because my goal intrading it in was also to lower

(15:41):
our car payments, or carpayments to get lower by about
$50, which again, I was hopingto really lower the car bill.
I'm talking like a hundred,like at least $200, right, I was
hoping, but it didn't happen.
So of course I was a littledisappointed with the $50, but

(16:02):
hey, $50 loss is $50 less.
What I hadn't thought about, orI kind of had thought about, but
not the role we was that ourcar insurance would go down,
which it did, and when I waslooking ahead into the future of
like when the bills right, itgave me a summary of like how

(16:24):
much the bill would be forOctober, november, december,
january, and the amount for thismonth was the same and then the
amount for November was goingto be $100 less and right now
it's like $450.
Our car insurance is highbecause we have a teenager.

(16:44):
Before that our car insuranceused to be like $150 and we
added her and it was like $500for the first month and yeah,
anyway, it was insane, but it'sgone down.
I've done different things towork on getting more savings for
us in that.
So this is where I'm headingmyself, and more такойna and

(17:05):
going to know more Back to theinsurance.
So for November it dropped downanother $100.
So it's gonna be like 300something.
And then December, january andI think the month after that it
said it was gonna be $5.
I was like what this is real,somebody pranking me.
It's just like a computerglitch error.
And the reason is because I hadalready paid more in insurance

(17:28):
with the Audi than with the newvehicle, which is a minivan.
So if I add up the numbersright Remember I said the amount
was 455.
If I add the numbers, even justfor those three months, it's at
least $1,000, at least Okay.

(17:49):
So now remember, you might dosome of these stops and not
actually realize that you aredoing them.
You might just be like, oh,okay, and when I got to manifest
this extra money or manifestthat thing I wanted, I actually

(18:09):
did follow some of these stepswithout realizing it.
Okay.
So step two is intention setting.
How do you wanna set yourintention?
There's different ways, right,like I talk about taking time to
journal and then writing outwhat it is that I'm manifesting,
so one way that you can alsomanifest an intention or set an

(18:35):
intention for your manifestingis lighting a candle.
You can do the candle in twoways.
You can do the candle in thesense of, like use a small
candle that you're going toleave on.
There's the saint candles.
You can find them at Walmart oranywhere else, any grocery
store.
You can find them at Botanica.

(18:57):
If one's nearby, you can buywherever.
I would just say you know, startoff with a plain white candle,
unless you wanna look up and seewhat kind of intention, what
color, goes with the intentionthat you are wanting.
So with the candles, you cananoint the candles with

(19:17):
different oils.
You'll have to look up to seewhat oils work best for what you
are trying to manifest.
And when you are doing this,you are putting those intentions
and the oils in the candle.
Just make sure that when youare dressing your candle because
that's what it's called whenyou are adding oils to it or

(19:37):
anything else sometimes peopleadd herbs and spices Just know
that a candle is flammable,right, oils are flammable.
Make sure that you're notoverdoing it.
You don't need to bathe thecandle in all of these different
oils.
Literally a drop can help.

(19:57):
And this is if you feel calledto light a candle.
You don't always have the lighta candle.
When I wrote down the manifest$1,000, I didn't light a candle
or anything.
I just did my weekly you knowreview of my week and then of my
upcoming week and what I waslooking to manifest that
particular week.

(20:17):
So you can then use a candle,light the candle with your
intention behind it and you canleave the candle on.
I particularly when I leave acandle on, I don't feel safe in
leaving it in my office space,which is where I normally have

(20:37):
it.
So what I'll do is I'll take itand I'll put it in our master
bedroom I mean our master bathand place it in there and then
move it again in the daytime sothat it's with me in my office.
You don't have to move it, youcan light it and keep it in your
bathroom if you feel saferthere.
I just say that.
You know, put it somewherewhere you feel safe to have it

(21:01):
lit.
So candles is one way.
If you don't want to leave iton, you can turn it on using a
snuffer.
Some people think blowing thecandle kind of takes the
intention off of it.
You could do it either way,whatever you feel aligns with
you, just when you light itagain, put your intention in it
again.
When you do this, it might take, you know, seven to 10 days for

(21:25):
the candle to completely finish.
So that's how you can usecandles.
Candles are probably should betheir own episode at some time
in the future, because there'sso much you can do with candles
and so much you can learn andunderstand from candles.
So I'll do that later, butdefinitely if you feel like, oh,

(21:45):
I would love to have a candle,especially if you are needing
motivation, inspiration sinceit's fire it will, you know,
kind of help with that as well.
So, again, candles should beits own episode.
Another way to set an intentionafter doing your cleansing is
just simply using a journal.

(22:06):
You can use a journal that youspecifically use for
manifestations.
You could use a journal thatyou use daily.
Really it's whatever it's youwould like it to do.
Really it's whatever you wouldlike it to be.
So another way that you can setintentions to really make your
manifestations powerful is usingmonology or astrology,

(22:32):
depending on what it is that youare trying to manifest into
your life, or release, becausesometimes we are releasing and
that is our manifestation rightReleasing self doubt, releasing
guilt, releasing negativeemotions.
So new moons are a good time toset goals, something that you

(22:53):
wanna bring into your life, andfull moons are a good time for
release, a good time to let go,a good time to make it clear
what you need less of in yourlife.
So a full moon, and anytimeafter a full moon, before the
new moon, is a good time torelease, reflect, and the new

(23:15):
moon and up into the full moonis a time to plant seeds and
plant things that you are tryingto work on right Active think
of active energy and after thefull moon it's inactive and more
rest.
So then there's also personaldays.
There's days that may workbetter for you than someone

(23:37):
else's, and I'm gonna go intothese quickly, because otherwise
we will be here for a superlong episode again.
So Sundays are good for Leoenergy and I'm saying Leo energy
because even if you aren't aLeo, you can still use Sundays
for these particular energies.

(23:59):
So Sundays are good for Leoenergy.
This is when you can prioritizecreativity, set new goals, bask
in your inspiration andoptimism for your intention.
So if you're wanting to maybemanifest more creativity, you
might then do your intentionsetting on a Sunday.

(24:22):
Mondays are a great day tonurture your cancer energy.
Okay, so these are your goalsEnergy.
Okay.
So these are your emotionsrecharging, focusing on
self-care, because Mondays areruled by moon and moon is all

(24:43):
about emotions and our internalemotional heart space.
So Mondays are a great time foranything dealing with that.
Tuesdays are ruled by Mars,which is Aries and Scorpio
energy, so it's a great time tokickstart a project, a great
time to set an intention aboutnew projects.
Aries energy embracesexcitement and Scorpio energy is

(25:08):
all about commitment andcommitting to things, so that's
a great time to set an intentionfor that.
Wednesdays are Gemini andVirgil energy.
Oftentimes we don't think aboutthem being together, but
they're both ruled by Mercury,which is the planet of
communication, and so Wednesdaysare good for communication,

(25:32):
planning those types of things.
You can write down ideas usingGemini energy and you can stay
organized using Virgil energy.
Thursdays my favorite day.
Thursdays are ruled by theplanet of Jupiter.
Jupiter is the planet ofexpansion and optimism and, if

(25:52):
you can't guess, rule isSagittarius and Pisces, and so
it's a great time to bring inoptimism and expansion, but also
connecting with your spiritualside and taking time to step
back and looking at the biggerpicture and appreciating your
journey so far, so you can usethose energies for those types

(26:14):
of intentions.
And then Fridays are ruled byVenus, and that's Taurus and
Libra energy, so you can work onstability, and that's Taurus
energy, earth energy, and thenyou can enjoy social vibes like
Libra.
So that's for Fridays.

(26:34):
And then Saturdays are ruled bySaturn.
Saturn gets such a bad rep, butSaturn is to get planet to be
structured and organized, andthat's Capricorn and Aquarius
energy, and so you can useSaturdays to organize, plan,
finish your week and set thestage for the next one, and so

(26:58):
you can use that energy forthose days.
Okay, now let's get back to thesteps.
I swear this could all be itsown thing, but okay.
Step two is intention setting,and other ways that you can set
intentions is creating altars.
You can go back and listen tothe episode about altars,

(27:21):
because that one in itself goesinto a deep dive.
Let me go look that up and seewhat episode that is for you
guys, for anybody that isinterested.
Okay, episode 105.
So yeah, just a few episodesago.
You can create an altar foryour intention.
You create an altar for yourmanifestation, whatever you are

(27:44):
trying to bring in and call intoyour life.
You can go listen to that, andthat talks all about how to
start creating an altar.
Then, vision boards are also agreat way to set an intention,
because then you are puttingthose ideas that you want to
come to life into physical form,which means it could be on your

(28:08):
phone, you can print it outhowever it feels, but you can
actually see it with your eyesand in your mind's eye.
Your mind does not know what isreal and what is not, and so by
creating a vision board.
It tells it what you arewanting to bring into your life.
It's like when you buy a newvehicle or you buy a new outfit,

(28:28):
something, and you start to seeeverybody else that has those
particular shoes or car modeland you're like, oh, now I just
see it everywhere.
Well, it's always been there,but you told your mind's eye
that you really like thatparticular car or you really
like those particular shoes andthat's why you keep seeing them.
Now to step three, and that isaligned action.

(28:51):
So there are two types ofenergy.
There is masculine and feminineenergy.
So I like to talk about both ofthem, because sometimes we need
more masculine energy andsometimes we need more feminine
energy.
Each of us leans on one of themmore than the other.

(29:12):
I know for myself, I lean intothe masculine.
You know, for you it might bemasculine, for you it might be
feminine, and then you mightfeel like I don't know which is
which, but don't worry, we'llget there.
So, aligned action you have toknow what you're manifesting,
right, you have to know whatyour intention is and you have

(29:33):
to know, okay, what action do Ineed to take next?
If I go back to the $1,000example, I knew that I didn't
want to be doing, meaningmasculine energy.
I knew that I didn't want tofeel the pressure of having to
figure out where $1,000 wouldcome from.

(29:55):
So I definitely was steppingmore into the feminine energy,
which is more about surrender,receiving flowing, and less
action, more resting.
Let's say that I wanted to lose10 pounds.
Well, being in the feminineenergy of wanting to lose 10

(30:18):
pounds would not really work,because I actually have to do
something, unless you are likeoverdoing it, right, and you
need rest.
So it's really about figuringout what is the best next step
for you.
So I'm just gonna say what they, what each of them would be,
and then follow your intuition.
Okay, you know what's best foryou, you really do, and the more

(30:43):
that you tune in with what youbelieve you need to take the
next step you need to take, themore that you will begin to have
faith in your ability tomanifest.
And remember you're alwaysmanifesting, always, even if you
feel like you're not.
It's really just that theintuitive side of ourselves,

(31:05):
especially for women, has beenpushed aside.
So, aligned action if you areneeding to bring in the
masculine energy, which ismovement and action, you can do
this.
You can start bringing this inby planning right, that's the
most masculine thing, planningand doing.
And then let's say that itdoesn't require planning and

(31:28):
you're not really sure what youphysically need to do in regards
to what you're trying tomanifest.
You can then just add movementin different ways.
You can have a walkingmeditation.
If you've never heard aboutwalking meditation, now you have
, and you can find them onSpotify and everywhere else.
And then other types ofmovements are exercises.

(31:49):
You can do yoga sequence.
You can look up yoga sequencesthat align with what you are
trying to manifest, because itis connecting your mind, body
and spirit with that frequency,with that energy.
So look that up and then seeokay, I want to bring more
abundance, I want to bring morelove, I want to bring more peace

(32:10):
, and look up those yogasequences, okay.
So yoga sequences, exerciseplanning, walking meditations,
anything that involves doing,anything that means that you are
actually doing something.
That is masculine energy, thatis movement.
You intentionally moving whenyou are manifesting.

(32:34):
I want you to envision a riverand when you are in masculine
energy, you are going with thedirection of the river in your
body and you're moving.
Okay, and so you're actuallyahead of someone else who would
just be floating, but I mean,sometimes the current's faster

(32:56):
anyway.
But anyway, we won't go there,we'll just talk about that.
When you are in masculineenergy, you are moving faster
than someone that would just befloating, and floating would be
more feminine energy.
Which takes me to a line ofaction with feminine energy.
Feminine energy would beintentional rest, meaning that

(33:19):
you are floating down the riverversus actively moving down the
river.
So you can do reflection,intentional rest through
journaling, meditation,affirmations and we talked about
you know you can bringaffirmations and affirmations
would be because you arebringing in that energy but you
aren't actively doing.

(33:42):
Okay, so anything that involvesreceiving is feminine energy.
Anything that involves rest,anything that involves
surrendering, that would bealigned action, right.
So sometimes you need to be inthat feminine energy.
I talked about the river beingfaster, right, sometimes if we

(34:07):
were to flow with the riverversus trying to do and walk in
that river downstream and wejust allowed ourselves to
surrender with feminine energy,down the river faster, right
Down the river, getting ourmanifestation faster.
So I want you guys to thinkabout what it is that you need

(34:29):
to do when you know what is whatyou are needing, what is
ringing true for you, and it'sgoing to be different for each
manifestation, right, there aretimes that I have worked on
manifesting $1,000, and I wasdoing a lot and I manifested
those $1,000 and they took 21days, versus this time that I
was very much in the side oflike.

(34:50):
I just wanted to come to me.
I don't care how it comes, justcome.
I'm open to receiving and it'svery different energies and when
you are learning aboutmanifesting, you might be more
on the masculine energy side,because that's what we've been
taught and trained to do,conditioned to think that you
have to do to receive when, inreality, if we step into that

(35:12):
feminine energy, it will justcome to us.
So step four, the last step, isreleasing and closing the
manifestation.
This does not mean that yourmanifestation will, that you're

(35:33):
putting a deadline.
Never put a deadline on yourmanifestation.
Ask for what you are asking for, and then you can end it with
this or something better.
This will come to me when it isthe right time.
Oftentimes, if something's notmanifesting, I will say that it
is you who is resisting it.

(35:55):
Much like I mentioned, when Ifirst started manifesting, I was
definitely in that masculineenergy of like, how am I just
going to come through?
How is it going to unfold?
What do I need to do?
How can I get this to get done?
And that type of energy can beresisting the flow and actually
slow down the manifestation.

(36:15):
So if you are finding yourselflike just feeling anxious about
the doing, then it's time foryou to step into that feminine
energy, because what ishappening, instead of being in
flow which, when you are in thedoing masculine energy and it's
aligned with what you need to doit's going to feel motivating

(36:36):
and inspiring.
So if you are doing things andit doesn't feel motivating or
inspiring, it's time for you togo and step into that feminine
energy of intentional rest,surrender, releasing and
relaxing.
Okay, so that's how you know.
Now, if you are in the feminineenergy and you're sitting on

(36:58):
your couch and you're just like,hmm, I don't want to do
anything.
You know who cares about thismanifestation.
I know it'll come, but it'skind of like that lazy energy
that like, hmm, I need to dothis, but I don't want to, then

(37:20):
you have to ask yourself okay,is this really feminine energy?
Is this really release, is thisreally surrender, or am I
really just procrastinating onsomething that I need to do, or
am I afraid to manifest what Iwant because it means XYZ?
So definitely reflect on thatand see what it is that you need
to do.
So, when you are releasing yourmanifestation and completing the

(37:45):
cycle because you've done acleanse, you've set the
intention, you're taking a lineto action.
You want to close themanifestation request, right?
You think of it like an order.
You wouldn't just puteverything in your cart and then
just leave it there and hopethat it's going to show up at
your front door.
You actually have to close andsubmit the order.

(38:05):
So think of that this way forthe manifesting.
You submit it, you release itout to the ethos and you get
your order.
Okay, so you can do this byhaving a gratitude ceremony,
taking a moment to thank theuniverse.
You can have a closing prayer.

(38:26):
You can do this by surrenderingright, but an intentional
surrounding, like, okay, I'mletting go of the how, I'm
letting go of everything that isholding me back and getting
this manifestation, and then youknow, just close it out.
Then you can also use the fullmoons energy for that.

(38:47):
If you're using moonology orastrology, you can take that
time to just be like, okay, I'mgoing to use this energy to
close out and release and knowthat the universe is sending me
my manifestation, whether it'sgoing to be within the time
frame I would like, but divinetiming is always right.

(39:08):
And I add that because last yearin the summer like so, summer
of 2022, I had written down thatI wanted three paid speaking
engagements and then I just Iwanted them that year, in 2022.
They didn't happen.
And then I was obviouslydisappointed.
But it's four to like February2023, three paid speaking

(39:34):
engagements just came.
I didn't have to do anythingfor them Not, I didn't have to
do anything to them, I wasn'tactively working on that, but it
was something that I did desireand I myself, my energy, my
thinking, were finally in thealignment to receive.
So when they came, they felt somagical.

(39:56):
But then I'm like, oh yeah, thisis what I was trying to
manifest, like nine months ago.
And why didn't it happen overthose nine months?
Take back to reflect.
When you have something likethat happen, ask yourself where
am I today, that I wasn't ninemonths ago, that I could have
done better for my futuremanifestations?
What was I doing?

(40:17):
And I was probably in theoverthinking, probably in the
overdoing, not enough rust, notenough faith in the ability of
me to be able to manifest thesethings, and maybe I would also
was on the other side, right,maybe I wanted to have paid
speaking engagements, but Iwasn't doing anything, I wasn't

(40:38):
connecting with people, I wasn'ttelling anybody that I was
looking for speaking engagement.
So it could.
It could be a lot of differentthings and it takes time to
reflect on that.
So, close your manifestation.
You can decide you do that allin the same day, right?
You can do all of these stepsin one day.
You can do the steps over acouple of days, you can do it

(41:01):
over a week.
All I say is to make sure thatyou set a timeframe for how long
you're going to take for yourmanifestation, and this is not
in regards to when it's going tocome to you, but how long
you're going to take to focusyour energy on this particular
manifestation that you want tobring into your life.

(41:21):
Again, it could be you take anhour and you do these four steps
, or you take each of the stepseach day, or over a lunar cycle.
You could start it with the newmoon and then hit in the full
moon phase, whatever works foryou, whatever you feel is going
to get you into being thatenergy that you need to be.

(41:42):
But these are the stops that Itake, that I am teaching to my
clients to do, and figuring outwhat works for them.
Right, because these are thesteps that I recommend.
But you might take them in adifferent order, you might add
extra stops that I didn'tinclude in there, and really the

(42:02):
only way to know what's goingto work for you is by trying
these things out and just doingthem.
There is no right or wrong wayto do this.
The reason for having a processis to give yourself a way to
make it more organized, versusjust picking up some random,

(42:23):
trendy Instagram manifestationtool without actually creating a
practice for yourself,something that spiritually lines
with you, with your ancestors,and all does a great, wonderful
magic already inside of you.
