This is episode 109, and todayI will be talking to you all
about ways to shift your energyso that you can align yourself
to your manifestations.

And I will be doing something alittle different today because
at the end of today's episode, Iwill be drawing an Oracle card

All right, y'all.
So today, in the last few days,I've been working on raising my

vibration.
We are in between eclipses.
My energy definitely wentcompletely down.
I have allergies or cold,whatever this might be.
Either way, I was definitelyvery low energy, low vibration,
and when that happens you wantto evaluate what is going on,

(01:57):
you know.
Is it because you wereoverworking yourself?
Is it just because there's anenergy shift that happened with
you know, with or without yourknowledge, that you didn't go
into alignment in right?
It happens, you know.
Even myself, like I said,eclipse energy definitely

(02:17):
shifted me in the sense of, likeI was walking on sunshine last
week and this week was startingoff with, oh my gosh, I have
very low energy.
So when I have very low energy,I slow down.
Highly recommend everyone slowdown.
Just tune into yourself and seewhat is going on.
Of course, you know thisdoesn't mean that you can put

(02:39):
life on hold.
I have kids, so I understand Ihave to get them ready, I got to
do things for them still, but Ialso talk to them and let them
know I don't feel that great, Idon't feel that well, so I can't
do as much, and they havelearned and adjusted to
understand what that means.
They are four and eight now,and so now a few days have

(03:03):
passed and my energy has gottenbetter.
Yesterday I did two things thatI will share with you here in a
bit.
That shifted my energy and thentoday I knew that I was going
to do something similar.
And then something else came upin between working on a few
things.
So I definitely wanted to makesure that this episode was the

(03:24):
next one for you all, because Iknow that you hear raise your
vibration, or good vibes, zoni,or blah, blah, blah, but it's
like what versus like what doesit even mean?
What does it even mean?
Which?
I'm going to get to that.
But also, I want you guys toknow that if you are feeling low
energy, your mood is low.

(03:46):
You want to take time toevaluate that, because this is
not an episode about oh, justput that to a side, pick
yourself by the bootstraps,because that's not it at all.
You still have to feel thosefeelings and process them and
journal them, and if they arevery hard for you to process,
highly recommend going to see aprofessional.

(04:07):
This can be a therapist, thiscan be a spiritual healer, this
can be someone that you can goto and talk to to help you
process these heavy emotions.
So that's that.
Now let me talk about energy.
The law of attraction talks allabout energy vibration, your

(04:32):
emotional state and how all ofthat.
Your feelings, your beliefsattract what you like right,
like attracts, like.
You may have heard this before.
Law of attraction is focused onthat.
Your energy is going to attractsimilar energies.
I like the person who's havinga bad day and everywhere they go

(04:55):
, everyone else is a jerk,versus a person who's having a
great day and everywhere they go, everything's great.
Like attracts, like.
That's a very basic law ofattraction thing.
Then, of course, thoughts andemotions.
Your thoughts, very similar tolike attracts, like your

(05:16):
thoughts are going to affectyour emotions.
So if you are thinking, god, Ihate this day, then how are you
going to feel?
How are your emotions going tofeel?
And again, this is important totake it with.
I don't even want to say grainof salt, because it's important
and your thoughts are importantand you do need to have
uplifting thoughts.

(05:37):
But if you are stuck in a loopof thoughts of like this morning
sucks, this morning is shittyevery single day, then you need
to do something about it.
Okay, why do I think thismorning is shitty?
And perhaps it depends on yoursign, it depends on your
upbringing, depends on a lot ofdifferent things is why your
thoughts may immediately defaultto that and you may want to

(06:02):
talk to someone, you may want togo get a needle chart reading.
I will tell you, depending onyour chart and where things are,
you may be more optimistic,naturally, or you may be more
anxious, or you may be more.
You know the glass is alwaysempty.
Even if it's almost full 90%,it's not 100%, so it's not full.
You need to understand yourselfright and then begin to combat

(06:24):
that, begin to have more andpositive thoughts and I don't
even want to use the wordpositive, since it's overused
uplifting thoughts, thoughtsthat are going to uplift your
mood in the morning.
So when you tell yourself thisis a terrible morning, say, I
just woke up, it's a wonderfulmorning to have another day to

(06:46):
accomplish the things that Iwant to accomplish, and then you
know your thoughts are going toaffect your emotions.
Your emotions may begin to alsoaffect your thoughts.
So do a check in with yourself.
How are you currently feeling?
If you're neutral, great.
I will talk to you guys aboutthe emotional guidance system

(07:09):
and the spiral, and two keywords are content and boredom.
Those are right in the middle.
I'll touch on this here in asecond, but I'll have links to
that in my show notes because ifyou've never seen it before, it
can also help you understandwhat is a high vibe and a low
vibe, and really it's reallyjust about your emotional state

(07:32):
of mind.
So vibration and frequency eachthought and emotion carries a
vibrational frequency.
When your thoughts and emotionsare aligned to your desires,
they're going to help youmanifest them and make it come
faster to you.
Everything that you want tomanifest is going to come to you

(07:53):
when you are ready and open toreceive it.
So it can come very quickly orit can take years.
It's that simple and it'sreally going to depend on how
open you are into receiving it,how aligned you are
energetically to it.
So energy blocks, negativebeliefs, self doubt, fear,

(08:15):
limiting beliefs are going tocreate energy that hinders your
manifestations.
So you're clearing those blocksand shifting your energy
towards a more aligned state toyour manifestations.
It's going to make you get yourmanifestations faster.
You will always get yourmanifestations.

(08:36):
You might just have to takefive to 10 years because it
might take you that long to makesome of these energetic shifts.
So I always want you to havehope that whatever you have in
your heart's desire, it's goingto come to you when you begin to
make those shifts.
Who cares if it takes five yearsto become a millionaire?

(08:57):
I'll take it.
I'll take it.
I'll wait five years to becomea millionaire.
You got to think about it thatway.
Right, it's better late thannever.
Who hasn't heard that before?
Okay, so energy vibrations andaligning need you need to
practice shifting your energy.

(09:18):
No one has ever taught you howto do that before.
There's not a class, no onetalks about that in school.
All the people tell you is youknow, change your mood, change
your attitude, change this like,but they don't actually teach
you how to do that.
So some of the typicaltechniques are you know,
visualizations, affirmations,meditation, gratitude, which I
will have episodes on that.

(09:39):
But I also want to give youother tools that maybe you're
not hearing about, that peoplearen't often mentioning, that
can help you shift your energyin ways that are much more
simpler for you, in ways thatfeel more aligned to you,
especially as the Linuxcommunity Latina, latino,
whatever you identify as wechange our energy way different

(10:03):
than other people do.
So this is another reason why Iwanted to have this episode,
because when I did some researchfor this episode, like what are
ways to shift your energy andit's like gratitude affirmations
, meditation and yes, yes, thosedo work.
You do work.
But if you're new to manifestingor if you're in a low vibe, you

(10:26):
are not going to want to dothose things.
You know, and it takes practiceto want to do those things.
I've been practicing this since2019, like actively practicing
since 2019.
And even before that, I wasalready practicing some
meditation and some yoga beforethat.
So probably since, like 2015, Iwould say maybe even a little

(10:50):
bit before that so almost 10years, almost over 10 years that
I've been practicing theseskills.
So I do feel the need to dothem.
But someone who is new tomanifesting or who has been
dabbling in it, that makes adifference too.
If you do it, like every oncein a while, when you're like, oh
yeah, there's this manifestingthing, I want to try that out,

(11:12):
oh yeah, let me do this, but youdon't actually have a
manifestation practice, you'regoing to find it more difficult
for you to do these things.
You're going to find your bodyresisting, you're going to find
your ego resisting doing them,especially because it doesn't
seem like something that you,your family or you grew up doing

(11:33):
, which is okay.
My family did not grow up doingany of this and no, no one
still does that Like I'm talkingabout, like my, my parents and
siblings.
They haven't, and if you listento episode before, I don't even
talk to my sisters, so I don'tknow what they'd be doing.
But I'm pretty sure my brotheris not meditating or doing
affirmations.
But doesn't mean that the law ofattraction isn't happening,

(11:55):
because a dude is definitelyusing it without his conscious
knowledge, which we all are.
We are all using manifestationand all of the laws of
attraction and all the differentlaws, because there is more
than just the law of attractionthat we don't even realize it.
So now let me touch a littlebit on the science of it and

(12:19):
then I will talk to you guysabout how to bring up your
energy when you're feeling lowvibe, all right.
So there is some science behindenergy and manifesting.
It really is.
One of them is quantum physics.

(12:39):
So this is a concept thatenergy in the context of
manifestation draws parallelsand can bring you things.
If you haven't heard thisbefore, I know it's going to
sound a little wacky from onetimeline to the other timeline.
So the idea suggests that theact of focusing or observing on

(13:02):
a particular outcome that youwant to manifest can easily come
to you through quantum physics.
It's a big concept.
Youtube it I will look for aYouTube video to link into my
show notes.
That'll make it very, verysimple.
But essentially, quantum physicssays that what we believe and

(13:29):
in what we're going to observe,that it will come.
So if you have a box in frontof you and it is closed, right,
and you can practice this,actually when you're looking for
something and you're like Idon't know where the hell I left
this thing, and if you take thetime to just be like, oh, I

(13:52):
know, I know, I put it in here,I know I did, I know I did.
It's gonna be there and you'regonna envision it before you
even open that box.
You open that box and it'sthere, which, trust me, I've
done this before.
There's a really good book byPam Grout that has you practice,
do that.
So I'll put that in the shownotes too, because, yeah, that
is also fun, fun manifestingstuff to do.

(14:13):
So quantum physics says youknow you're thinking and what
you believe you're going toobserve is what's going to
happen.
Now, neuro plasticity is anotherway that talks about
manifesting.
It's the neuroscience, it talksabout the brain's capability of

(14:34):
changing and adaptingthroughout your life.
And why is this important?
That's because, if you start toimplant positive thinking and
affirmations and change yourbeliefs, that it is possible.
If we didn't have neuroplasticity, we would not be able
to do not be able to changeourselves, we would not be able

(14:54):
to change our beliefs and, inessence, not be able to manifest
the things that we want or feelout of reach currently due to
your thinking, your actions andyour emotions.
So that's neuro plasticity.
Then there's a whole field ofpositive psychology.
I'm not going to talk aboutthat, but it's about mindset,

(15:17):
about practicing gratitude andhow your overall well being and
mental health will help youattract what you are wanting
right, will help you manifestthose things that you are
looking to manifest into yourlife.
And, of course, the placebo fact.
Sometimes things just happenbecause we believe them to
happen.

(15:37):
There are so many researchstudies that show the reason why
there's even this whole placebothing is because when it comes
to medications and differenttypes of treatments, they need
to do a control study andsometimes they do a placebo.
So in big pharma or whoever'sdoing research, some of them

(15:58):
will do three right, they'll doa control group, a placebo group
and then the actual medication.
There has been studies thathave found that the placebo the
sugar pill actually performedbetter than the medication, and
what they also have found isthat when they told the

(16:18):
participants that they were on aplacebo, that a good amount of
them the medication stoppedworking because they stopped
believing they got themedication.
So that just shows that yourbelief in whatever you're doing
is going to affect the results.
So if you are doing somethingthat you don't think is going to
actually result in what youwant, that's the result you're

(16:41):
going to get.
If you believe in your doctor'streatment, it's going to
positively affect you.
If you believe what I'm tellingyou, it's going to positively
affect you and your ability tomanifest.
So you need to find people thatyou just wholeheartedly believe

(17:02):
what they're telling you tohelp you start learning how to
manifest better.
That's the best thing you coulddo for yourself in regards to
learning how to manifest isfinding people that you believe
in what they're teaching you andstart to practice those things.
So now let's get to how toshift your energy, because being

(17:25):
low vibe or having energyblocks is really just that you
are at a lower level ofconsciousness.
You're at a lower level ofenergy and the manifestation
that you're wanting is mostlikely at a higher vibration.
Again, there's a couple ofdifferent things out in the web

(17:46):
that you can find in Google andsearch.
One of them is the emotionalguidance scale.
There's another one calledlevels of consciousness.
The levels of consciousness andthe map of consciousness was
developed by Dr R Hawkins, whichis from a book.
Actually, the map ofconsciousness explained a proven
energy scale to actualize yourultimate potential.

(18:09):
I had to read it that waybecause it's funny, but that's a
great book of you want tounderstand that and go into a
deeper dive.
I'm going to link all of thisstuff because if you've never
heard of it, you can be likewhat is this?
But on the map of consciousnesshe has the scale, which, the
first time I saw it, I was likewow, our energy, our emotions

(18:35):
have these vibrations.
And let me go look at thebottom.
So shame is at 20.
Love is at 500.
I'm gonna say that again Shameis at 20.
Guilt is at 30.
Love is at 500.
Joy is at 540.

(18:55):
Peace is at 600.
And that encompasses bliss, joy, insurgency 540.
Anxiety, fear, at 100.
Pride, scorn, at 175.
Courage, though, is at 200.
So courage is a highervibration, but it's not like

(19:18):
love.
So you might be a very braveperson, determined, but that
vibration is more at a neutralstate, meaning like if you can
use your courage to developyourself.
But it can also become intopride and it can take you down
the spiral.
So it's a scale.
You can either go up the stairsor down the stairs, and really,

(19:41):
one thought, one action canreally shift you Right, shift
that energy.
So there's, like I said, a lotof different scales out there.
There's the emotional guidancescale, there's the emotional
spiral, which is the one Iusually share with my clients,
because you don't know what youdon't know.
And if you've never seen that,if you've never known, like, hey
, when I'm feeling bored, boredis actually at the bottom, or

(20:07):
it's neutral, but it is goingtowards a downward spiral.
And if you are finding yourselfbored, take that as a signal of
like hey, I'm not doinganything to fulfill myself.
It's not a problem with boredom, but too many days of boredom

(20:27):
lead to pessimism, lead tofrustration, down,
disappointment, worry, blame,discouragement, and so you get
all the way to the bottom andjust despair.
So I'll have these here in theshow notes so that you can just
look at them and understand whatpeople mean by shifting your

(20:48):
energy, shifting your vibration,if you've never seen that
before.
Because sometimes it's likewhat does it mean to shift your
energy?
Like I'm not thinking badthoughts, even though we all
think bad thoughts.
Just, you know, all the time,99%, I think.
No, it wasn't that many, but Iwould say 80% of our thoughts
are repetitive thoughts and alot of times they're not very

(21:10):
uplifting.
So the traditional techniquesthat you'll see out here, you
know visualization exercises,which are great affirmations
meditation, gratitude,journaling, surrounding yourself
with people who are uplifting,right, that they are going to
help you get uplifted, versusgossipy people, people who are

(21:31):
just looking at the negative.
It's going to lower yourvibration right, and especially
if you feel the urge to diveinto that, trust me, tell me,
you can tell me some gossip andI'm gonna be like I wanna hear
it, even though I know thatlowers my vibration right.
Like we're human, we're alsohuman too.
So do not feel that justbecause you are walking this

(21:53):
path of manifesting andspirituality, that somehow
you're going to be a saint andnot have bad thoughts or, you
know, be looking at somebody andbe like girl, I don't know why
you're wearing that, you'regonna have those thoughts and
it's okay.
And instead of shaming yourselffor having those thoughts, just
be like, just laugh.

(22:13):
Laugh with it, like it'swhatever.
You know, don't not allow it tobe more than just a thought.
We can't stop and change ourthoughts in the sense of like
somebody might just trigger you.
All right, someone wearingsomething tight, fitting and
being at the body for it isgonna trigger me to be like

(22:36):
judgey Not something I'm proudof, but I'm not going to shame
myself about it, you know I willremind myself hey, you go.
You know I can actually hear myhusband.
He's so body positive of othersthat it really has helped me
become more body positive ofothers as well.

(22:57):
Like you know, he is soempowering to people that do not
have the traditional look ofbeauty that media has taught us,
and that was one of the thingsthat I really loved about him
when we first met, because and Istill love about him but you
know, how often do you hear aman, see someone who wouldn't be

(23:20):
in my normal book of like ohyeah, that's a body figure I
want?
And hearing him be like oh yougo, girl.
You know like that is just souplifting, not just for that
person but for myself as welland for our children to know not
to judge a person just becausethey ain't got the body shape

(23:43):
that media says they need tohave.
So I do that.
I feel like I'm in a littletension there.
So clearing your physicalclutter is another great way to
begin to shift energy.
If you want a simple exercisefor that, move 27 items in your

(24:04):
house and that will begin toshift some energy.
So that is a very low way, lowentry point and I say low entry
point meaning like it doesn'ttake a lot of time, it doesn't
take a lot of energy, especiallyif you're not feeling great.
Beginning to just shift thingsand declutter things in your

(24:25):
space, in your home, whereveryou are, a lot is going to begin
to help you shift some energy.
So 27 things, all right.
So now on to the things thatI've been doing recently and
inspired me to do this episodefor you on how to shift your

(24:46):
energy.
So I'll take you guys back.
I had been feeling really rundown.
I am pregnant, so you know thathas to do with that.
We're in the between eclipsesright now as I'm recording this
episode.
So energy is shifting as a wholeand that's going to affect us.
Some of us.
It's going to affect us a lotmore.

(25:07):
Some of us it might actuallybring your mood up versus down,
but for me it just brought medown.
I had a cold, allergies.
I'm feeling a lot better.
I'm still sounding a little off, but it's okay.
And yesterday, middle of theweek, I'm still, you know, kind
of I'm not feeling as low energy.

(25:30):
But I am telling myself, okay,the day before I was trying to
get back to the swing of things,back into my work day, and I
didn't take time to slow down asmuch as I wanted.
So not only did I slow down,but I decided I was going to do

(25:50):
a meditation.
I was going to do some lightstretches and yoga to make sure
that I move my body and that I'mactive.
I took the time to do that andwhen I was looking for a
meditation in one of my apps Ifound one that said like morning
miracles.
And so I'm like, okay, cool,I'm gonna turn that on.
And it was actually a tappingmeditation.

(26:15):
If you haven't heard of tapping,it is called emotional freedom
technique.
It's an alternative treatmentfor physical pain and emotional
distress.
So you can actually learn thisanywhere really.
But it is tapping in themeridians of your body.

(26:37):
It's like kind of like some ofthe acupressure points, and so
EFT focuses on tapping on the 12meridian points of your body to
relieve symptoms of a negativeexperience or emotion.
It helps shift your energy.
Okay, so these are energy spotsin your body, on your body,

(27:02):
mostly in your face and head,and they help shift your energy
and become more balanced.
It helps unblock energy.
So if you have struggled totalk about your emotions to
someone, this is really greattool.
So you can go look online onYouTube to learn about it more.

(27:25):
Some therapists are actuallycertified to do this and you
don't have to be certified tolearn from anybody.
Just wanna put that disclaimerout there, but there is some
therapists that are doing thisin their sessions as well, so it
could be something that you canlearn in therapy or practice in
therapy.
It is something that I plan ongetting a certification to do

(27:46):
more in my sessions, both incoaching and in therapy, because
I think it's wonderful.
So Great happenstance.
I see miracle morning right.
Miracle morning meditation.
Who doesn't want miracles?
So I'm listening to it and Ijust can't help but begin to

(28:07):
have this smile.
Now I will say when you aredoing EFT emotional freedom
technique tapping it's going tobe different for you than
someone else.
It really depends where you are.
So the first thing you want todo is you're going to ask
yourself how are you feeling?
What is your level of moodenergy from 1 to 10?

(28:30):
Yesterday or when I did it itwas probably I was probably at a
, I would say at a 5 or 6,pretty neutral, not very low.
So if you're like at a 0 or 1,you know, expect that you might,
you know, get up to a 3.
The more that you do it likeyou can repeat the whole thing
again, like right after youfinish your first round and you

(28:54):
move up those levels.
For some people they may be ata 2 and all of a sudden get to a
7 because their energy gotunblocked in those moments.
Yeah, so if you find that yourenergy isn't shifting, isn't
having a big shift, take it as asign to know like, oh, it's not
shifting because I still havethat block going on, right, the

(29:18):
thought that's going in there.
So just know like there's acouple of different things you
can do.
When you're doing the tapping,you can figure out where.
Where are you feeling, likeit's feeling sticky or being
like hard for you to believe inwhat you're saying, because as
you're doing the tapping, you'realso saying statements to help

(29:41):
you release, versus affirming,your current thoughts, and then
it's shifting your thoughts tosomething else.
So Margaret Lynch is who Ilistened to a few days ago.
So I listened to her firstmiracle morning one.
It's like about 20 minutes long, and so then I googled her on
YouTube because I was like, oh,I want to share this with a few

(30:01):
friends and I sent that over tothem, and one of them was on
releasing blocks to increasingyour income.
Yes, it is possible to haveblocks on increasing your income
.
And another one that I did andlistened to was about releasing
shame around debt.
So Margaret Lynch is who I wasusing, but there's a whole lot

(30:25):
of different people out there.
So if you don't use watcher,you're not vibing, don't worry,
find someone else.
So tapping if you haven't heard, tapping, it's a great way.
Also, of course, physicalmovement is going to help you.
So if you are needing to shiftyour energy and all of the more

(30:47):
traditional things of likemeditation, affirmations,
visualizations, gratitude is notmotivating.
You're just like I don't wantto do any of that light movement
.
You know, look up some lightstretches on YouTube.
I always go and search it.
If you're pregnant like me,find someone that's doing it for
pregnant people.
Also, make sure that you do alittle bit of a warm-up before

(31:08):
going into stretching, becauseyou should be warmed up before
doing any types of stretchingYoga, of course.
I always talk about doing yoga,so find some simple sequences
for you to do.
And then the other thing thatis more related to us, that you
might have seen your mom,grandma, some relative doing is

(31:33):
dancing.
So today I went to the kitchenand I was listening to music,
and not just listening to itlike out in the radio or
anything I mean, who has a radioanymore anyway?
But I had my beats on my overthe years beats on and I was
listening to Spotify and I puton a playlist that they made.

(31:56):
It was like daily mix something, and so what is her name?
Now I'm like stuck.
What song was it?
I gotta look it up because it'sgonna drive me crazy.
It was past that Dutch.
I'm in the kitchen and I hearpast that Dutch.

(32:17):
Oh, that's it.
That was it.
That's all I needed to hear.
So, if you have a song, andeven if you don't just put on a
random music on and see ifsomething comes up past that
Dutch came on and I'm like, oh,what's that now?
Right, I started not justdancing, moving my body, I

(32:38):
started cleaning that kitchen.
I'm like, and my plan was justto go warm up my coffee.
I cleaned up the kitchen, Iswept it up, I took out the
trash, like all of these things.
I are going to shift my energy,not just in me but in the house
, and when the kids come in,when the husband comes in,
they're gonna feel that energyshift, right, because the house

(32:59):
is gonna be more cleaned up thanusual.
That sounds terrible.
I cleaned the house, but youknow, I went in on it and so
dancing, oh my gosh.
You know our Latino communityloves to dance and even as I was
talking about, or thinkingabout talking about this, like,
who is not wanting to go danceat a kinsa right now?

(33:20):
Like, oh, I need somebody tohave a kinsa and invite me.
Like, just invite me to arandom kinsa so I can go dance.
I'll buy you a gift.
All I want is to be able to godance.
It is in us to love and enjoyso, and different music is going
to give you different vibes.
Sometimes you might want tolisten the past, that Dutch by

(33:43):
Missy Elliott, in case you haveno idea what it's I'm talking
about.
And or you know, sometimes itmight be I can.
I'm terrible with knowingartists' names, but I have not
this.
Stupid songs that get my headah gosh, what is that song?
I just I can hear it in art.
You already know I'm not thebest singer, so it's like I know

(34:14):
y'all know what song I'mtalking about.
Anyway, I can go on and on aboutdancing, but y'all get it.
Fine, music that is uplifting.
Because, oh no, you might, Idon't know like some rock music,
like my husband, and do somehead-manging or something, and
for me that does not lift myenergy but it may lift yours.

(34:36):
So listen to music that isgoing to uplift you and then, if
you want to upload, will notuse that energy to start to
declutter.
Use that energy to start toclean areas in your house where
you are finding stagnant energy,right, like, oh, what have you
been passing by that?
You're like, oh, this deck ofclutter, this deck of mail, this

(34:58):
stack of whatever and not what.
You can shift that energy right, because it's about shifting
that energy and get you more inalignment to what you want to
manifest.
Some other things you can do is, you know, cook and eat your
favorite food, light a candle,your favorite scent, something

(35:18):
that gives you good memories andgood vibes of what you are
trying to manifest.
You can watch a rom-com.
Well, I say, watch a rom-com,but watch something that lifts
your mood.
I love to watch rom-coms, Ilike to watch shows that are
rom-coms like those are myfavorite.

(35:39):
Just quirky mood, quirky stuff.
No YouTube or TikTok for this,because I can just lead to
spiraling and you want it to besomething that is bite-sized,
right?
Not sometimes you kind of takeyou out for hours, is that's not
going to lift your energy, butsomething that you can kind of
watch a little bit into.
Lift your mood.

(35:59):
If you are feeling stuck again,this is like a low entry point,
meaning like you don't have tohave a lot of energy to watch
something.
So, but make sure you time,live with that.
Now, if you are like but I'mnot really sure about any of
these, here's an activity foryou.

(36:21):
So I want you to take a momentto imagine what the version of
you that has manifested what youare desiring.
What would they be doing Ifyou're working on manifesting an
increase of pay, losing weight,more love in your life,

(36:47):
whatever it is that you aretrying to manifest?
Let's imagine for a moment thatthat has happened.
Take it in.
What are you feeling?
Who's around you?
What are you wearing?
What does your environment looklike?

(37:07):
What emotions are you feeling?
Now, grab a piece of paperjournal, something.
Pause this if you need to comeback to it, if you don't have
the ability to write right now,but I want you to write down 20

(37:27):
things that that version of youwould be doing.
Start off your sentence with Iimagine I would be dot, dot, dot
.
You complete the sentence.
So let me do this with you all.
The version of me that hasmanifested 12k in their business

(37:54):
monthly would be I imagine thatversion of me would be jancing
a whole lot more.
I imagine that version of mewould feel light, would feel

(38:15):
good and what they're wearing.
I imagine that version of mewould have less shame around,
that.
That would feel proud.
I imagine that version of mewould walk around confidently.
I imagine that version of mewould show up on social media

(38:43):
more and more, knowing that mycommunity needs me to help them,
to help them learn thesepractices that have been taken
out of us.
They have been taken out of us.
If you have not learned aboutmanifesting within your family,
in this sense, it's because ithas been taken out of us.

(39:05):
We were told that it was wrongand I'm gonna go do another
whole post and episode aboutthis, about how it's in us.
It's in us to be met a fosters,but it was taken from us.
Why would it be taken?
Because those in power did notwant us to have power.
They wanted to disempower us.

(39:26):
Anyway, not gonna go into thedungeon right now, but you know,
imagine what that version ofyou would be doing and ask and
write it down.
You need to write this down.
I was with the client yesterdayand I was like, yeah, your
chart.
I could tell you don't writethings down.
We're doing the needle chartreading and I'm like you don't

(39:47):
write things down, write themdown.
Okay now, from everything that Italked about on how to shift
your energy, choose what worksfor you.
Sometimes dancing will work.
Sometimes watching you know,something funny will uplift your
mood.
Sometimes just doing avisualization Affirmations,
mutations will help you.
You know, allow yourself tobuild your spiritual toolbox and

(40:11):
have it there for when you needit, and try to work on it every
day, every few days.
Don't allow it to overwhelm you.
Just pick something.
