In episode 68, Jacqueline and Kevin dig into a situation that happened this past week for Jacqueline. Jacqueline found herself at work on Friday afternoon ready to throw in the towel after a situation she felt she “failed” which almost lead her down a path of going to extremes with her struggles with the all-or-nothing mentality. We talk about what led to this point, as well as how she pulled herself out of that moment of struggle to continue her progress.
