This week, I had a crazy observation while out with my family to get some ice cream from one of our favorite ice cream shops.
The encounter I had with a woman had me asking myself:
--Why do some people argue with reality?
--What creates anxiety and anxiousness?
--What can we do to build our capacity to deal with stress that is all around us?
