Then, Dane Brugler joins the show to discuss the 2024 NFL Draft and Dane's annual draft guide for The Athletic, nicknamed "The Beast." Dane and Dave talk through a deep QB class, what could be a very offense-heavy first round, and some "sneaky good" position groups in this year's class. Dane also explains how he forms his draft opinions and sticks to his guns in the midst of smokescreens and "lying season." Finally, Dane identifies a player who could be a surprise first-round pick and shares his "pet cats" in this year's draft.
