We talked about how inexpensive it is to prevent the sort of energy failures Texas saw as compared to how expensive it will be to recover from this natural disaster and who has the ultimate responsibility — spoiler alert, it’s not really ERCOT, tho that group isn’t without culpability and will be thrown under the bus in the coming weeks.
