In this episode Matt sits down to do a solo episode of ASK US ANYTHING SDA, the first of many in this sub series, basically to answer FAQs which potential investors are curious about and add value to their knowledge. He answers common questions about building and selling properties, converting existing houses into SDA properties, the construction industry, and the future of the SDA housing market. We also discuss the factors impacting profitability in the SDA market.

These FAQs addressed in this episode are:

  1. Do you build properties and then sell them or are these properties being sold by the owners through you? Are built properties an option in the NDIS?
  2. Do you convert existing houses into SDA properties? If so, what are your criteria for such a house? How much will it cost for the different types of SDA Housing?
  3. What's the construction industry like these days? How do we and your business manage building risk?
  4. How do you see the SDA Housing market in the next 5,10 and 15 years?
  5. It's generally understood and stated that $50k per year profit is possible for SDA. How does this number come about and what are the factors impacting this?
