Telling Your Brand's Story

Scott identifies seven common themes across these pages: use of multiple types of content, telling the origin story, telling a bigger story, stating how long they've been in business and where they're located, showing the owners and/or team, showing a timeline, and explicitly stating their core values. He encourages listeners to consider these elements when creating their own 'About' pages.
