Kashana began her Real Estate career in 2010 as a Leasing Consultant working for high-end, luxury apartment buildings in Washington D.C. She earned her Real Estate license in 2013 and served as an independent contractor for various Real Estate brokers and teams. Here, she had the privilege of assisting her clients with selling and building high-quality, stunning homes.
After owning multiple properties with her husband and as the Co-Owner of KKO Investments LLC, Kashana has experienced every likely twist and turn a Real Estate deal can take. She understands first-hand what a buyer, seller or investor deserves and needs to achieve their aspirations.
When she is not negotiating deals, Kashana enjoys spending time with her family, friends and fur baby Mona! She is a well-traveled, fun, and adventurous spirit who enjoys outdoor activities, the beach, and reading. Kashana’s affinity for home decor and interior design enables her to pay attention to the small details that make a space come to life.
She is passionate about empowering her clients with the tools and knowledge needed to navigate the home buying and selling process competently and helping others build generational wealth through Real Estate.
