Everybody has a story…Constance’s could help save a life.
Constance Todd Smith is a grateful alcoholic with 37 years in recovery. She now shares her experience as a speaker, an author and alignment coach, and uses her past as a roadmap to help our fellow sober humans successfully live and thrive in recovery.
Constance was raised in the 1960’s and 70’s in Manhattan by parents who worshiped at the altar of the never ending party. Having her first black out at age 14, she knew her drinking days had an expiry date.
Recently, in response to the opioid and fentanyl crisis that is taking so many of our brothers and sisters, Constance was inspired to write a book (in process) A Sober Companion, in which she shares the experience and knowledge acquired in business and personally, on navigating a world that celebrates drinking alcohol.
