There's no doubt Hamlin jumped the final restart of the Toyota Owners 400 at Richmond Raceway and that NASCAR did not call him out for it. The question we all want answered is, "Why not?" I've been doing a lot of thinking and I have some potential reasons for the no-call situation. I personally think it was the best call to make. Can I convince you of the same?
