On today's episode we are joined by Lexi Delgado, MA and Family Constellation Therapist. Family constellation is another avenue within the healing realm that is still very much on the fringe. But just because something is on the fringe doesn't mean it doesn't have a very real place and potency. Before I discovered constellation firsthand I was told by a good friend this, "The two most efficient ways to healing is Constellation and Kambo."
I'll never forget it. And you know what, she was right. So today, we learn about Constellation through the poetic verse of Lexi Delgado.

Lexi Delgado, MA, has degrees in Education, Counseling, Psychology and Group Facilitation. She has worked with expert teachers and leaders in the fields of Neuroscience and many areas of Human Potential for over 25 years.
