Aimee La Joie started performing when she was a kid and never stopped. After studying acting at Berkeley she moved back to San Diego to pursue her career in acting. One thing led to another and she began creating her own content. Like many creators today, she faced the challenge of being able to stand out in a world where digital media has removed all barriers to entry until now. Just over a month ago, Aimee created a Tik Tok featuring herself appearing as multiple members of a film production crew. Millions of views and multiple offshoot videos later, Aimee joins me today to discuss her experience with her newfound viral stardom.
