Elie Maroun's life took a hard left turn after his cousin passed away from colon cancer, he changed his career track from going to work for the government to working in concert promoting. After a successful pitch to Sean "Diddy" Combs and his manager, Elie found himself negotiating a brand integration deal with Nikki Minaj and 1-800-FLOWERS. From there his career skyrocketed, first being asked to join Bad Boy Entertainment and then eventually becoming Puff's day to day manager. Eventually founding his own company, the Grey Space Group, Elie is now a manager, investor and philanthropist with his non-profit Music Beats Hearts. Today, he joins me on The Top Ranked Podcast to discuss his incredible journey.
