TRENZ Unpacked - an RTO Perspective with Lou Baddiley

We have Lou Baddiley from Rotorua NZ on the show today. Lou was a first timer to TRENZ this year so shares some great insights into what the show entails and some great tips on how to get ready for it from an RTO perspective. 

She outlines her role as an RTO in the complex world of trade sales and how they support their operators in making connections with key partners from around the globe.  Lou gives some fabulous tips on getting organised for the show, how to do your follow up and how to manage getting a lot of information across in a 15min appointment.
