‘Functional Fitness’ is a term that’s used a lot these days. Function IS purpose--and purpose IS what we do in our daily lives. And when we use the same moves we do in our daily lives for our fitness plans--we make it an EASY way to do us. The whole dilemma of it being ‘ too hard’ is solved.
In this episode, I explain my take on what functional fitness is, how I teach it, and how it is THE answer to all you do in your own training. I offer three tips to think about to help you solve the problem of not having time to do a workout, and sticking with it. It IS the answer to your busy, overscheduled life. And It’s what we teach.
