Join us as this week, Paul interviews Jan Decker, who has been a horse lover for more than 75 years. She shares how she fell in love at Babson Farms in Illinois in the late 40's as a child before growing up to become a horse trainer, judge, and eventually a club and AHA volunteer extraordinaire. Jan founded her club, where she has served for nearly 60 years, and in that time, she learned a little something about volunteerism, and how to make that manageable for the people who do it. Jan is also an esteemed judge, with over 50 years of experience from center ring, and she and Paul discuss lessons learned through judging and do just a little bit of reminiscing of years past.
